The crazy angry loop is what I think she was doing when she got mad at her Mother on the 15th actually.

I don't think she violently killed her Daughter. I think it was an accident with improperly stored chloroform, heat, light caused it to convert to phosgene at the top of the cap. Then the chloroform was released inside the car probably from the car seat so she could be pushed into the trunk from the back seat. The phosgene only needs to be a few ppm or fractional concentrations to kill someone in 2-4hr from fluid in the lungs. It would have left her with skin burns and eye burns, enlargement, which is why I think she ultimately used or added more duct tape than necessary.

The only question I have personally in this case as it relates to her charge is whether she came back to the car to check on her after the first movie with Tony, and saw Caylee in severe distress and left her alive for dead. Then duct taped her later. Or, if she came back after a while and she was already dead. Or if she duct taped her mouth with maybe only one strip, and Caylee choked on vomit and the pinkish fluid from the phosgene. If she was left in distress, I would vote for death penalty. But I'm sure we're never going to know unless someone waterboards Casey.

You did fine...I've been following since your first post, so I was able to easily pick up when / where the merged thread came into play. I just kept seeing questions / confusion on dates and figured I would try to clarify for those who were confused.

The video which show ICA getting extremely pizzed off at JB and motioning angrily to CM, is video footage from Friday, the 24th.

It was right after Lee was excused from the witness stand.

Then Cindy was recalled by JB. He asked her two questions (more like the same one twice) about Casey's baby shower - specifically if it was before or after Caylee was born. Cindy goes into how Caylee was born early and she had to call everyone and re-arrange the date of the baby shower.

Then JB asks to approach the witness and gives CA a picture and asks her what is that is a photograph of. Then JB apologizes and says, "I'm showing you defense exhibit ER". Then LDB objects, saying Mr Baez has shown the photographs to her and she has an objection to this series of them on grounds of relevance. Then it sounds like the judge says, "Ok, we'll wait till you get printed off". (The printed off doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but that's what it sounded like JP said.)

Then LDB says, "Well, I object to a description of the photograph prior to admission." Judge says, "Okay. All you need to do is establish that she recognizes it and adequatedly and accurately describes the subject matter therein." JB nods. HHJP says, "And you can offer them and we'll see if they object." JB says, "Do you recognize the photograph, Mrs. Anthony?" CA says yes. JB asks, "Is it a true and accurate depiction of what it actually is? CA says yes. JB says, "At this time, Your Honor, I would move, I believe it was exhibit ER into evidence." (Cindy seems to be mumbling something, but I can't make it out except for, "Oh I'm sorry".)

LDB says, "[Inaudible] I would have an objection at this point as to relevance grounds." HHJP says, "Do you want to approach?" LDB replies, "Yes, sir."

Trying to find some context here. At the click orlando link they say 'After Cindy's testimony'... but watching the WFTV video, there is no sidebar after CA's testimony.
There is a sidebar during her testimony (but the sidebar is skipped over) relating to a photo JB wanted to introduce. Objection was sustained, and then JB moves on to the photo of ICA/CA at RP's wedding.

Cindy was recalled to talk about the baby shower I believe. You might need to look later in the day.

The #2 video was taken when jury was present returning from a side bar. Cindy said to Baez something to affect that obviously the baby shower was after Caylee because Caylee came a month early, and that she had just implied that. Baez may have been too slow on the uptake or Cindy was being evasive. I think this lie from Cindy pissed Casey off. But it could also have been something said in sidebar because she was also monitoring the transcript.

Yes, Linda was objecting in front of the jury.

And yes, JB failed to get that exhibit "ER" in. But that wasn't acknowledged by HHJP until AFTER ICA lost it and JB was back up at the podium/lecturn (or whatever it's called for court).

Kinda makes me wonder IF there wasn't something in that exhibit that ICA didn't want entered into evidence. ICA seemed to calm down after JP sustained LDB's objection.

Thank you so much for taking the trouble to bring us this extra detail. There is a picture of the exhibit you are referring that I saw on one of the other threads. If I can find it (think it was on the sidebar thread) and give a reference is there anyone here who knows how to transfer from one thread to another? (Looked like people sitting on sofa at a party ~ shower?)

I saw someone post a picture of Caylee's birth certificate on Facebook forum. I wonder if that was the photo he was trying to enter. It has date of her birth and the weight being 7lb something. Which if Baez was overly establishing the date, would have been a potential problem for cross because the pros could look at the weight and say she really was not a month early? Maybe Casey was pissed over the evidence. I can't imagine what was said in sidebar that could have angered her so much.

Someone posted while I was writing this that maybe it was a photo of the baby shower participants so that kinda blows my theory out of the water!

Maybe Baez wanted to further show that Lee was not in the picture. I also wonder if Jesse attended but Lee didn't?

So it looks like a picture of Cindy sitting on the couch holding baby Caylee, with a little girl sitting on each side of her. I wonder if that picture enraged ICA. I'm sure there must have been pictures of Casey holding Caylee at the baby shower, but it looks like Cindy has picked out and given JB a picture of herself and Caylee.
