When I watched the tape, to me it looked like she was tracking an atty that had just walked out of the back room. She had been reading the computer, then looked up, followed someone with her eyes and made the comment.

I can not understand speech without the ability to read someones lips....
if they turn away to speak... or try to talk while I am driving... they get no response...
