KH has said on several occasions that he had a flexible schedule and frequently worked from home 1/2 days on Fridays.
I find the fact that her kid had such a searing earache it required 90 minutes of driving aimlessly to "soothe her", yet she was so improved that Terri saw no problem dropping her off at gym daycare so she could (selfishly, IMO) get some work-out time in? That 90 minute drive to soothe an earache is the biggest bunch of hooey I have ever heard. jmo

I absolutely find it hooey as well. Just not sure on what exactly was behind it. I've been hoping she was just trying to hide an affair or something of that nature.

I recall that picture, and one with the date on the whiteboard as the 3rd, which didn't fix it for me since he was wearing the CSI t-shirt, as I recall.

Still, the whole day of June 3rd is of interest and what time it may have been delivered whichever day that way.

I would think that the bells at the school are computerized or something, and on a fixed schedule to always ring at designated times. On this day they were having special events, so that if people didn't go rushing off when some bell rang, well it might not have been a big deal.

I wonder though if TH had not been planning this for a long time, possibly because of the tension between her son and KH---could it be as simple as she saw some opportunity on the 4th that she saw an opportunity to bring her thoughts to fruition?? I also though would like to know what kind of communication there was between DS and TH on the 3rd.

Can I ask you : what exactly is it that you believe that TH had been planning for a long time ? I'm not being snarky... I just really want to know... Because, when it comes to TH murdering Kyron, ( or any of her friends aiding and abeting her ), I am just not feeling it... I would add that I never had any doubts as to the Cayley and Haleigh situations....

My speculation about 6/3 and why LE requested videos from this day.

I think LE thought exactly as you said above (BBM), and they were hoping some resident had video/street surveillance (as there are not a lot of business up there like major stores etc.) and were trying to either prove or eliminate one of their theories..

-Did DD communicate with Terri at any point on the 3rd?
-Did DD meet up with Terri on the 3rd?

Did they leave a vehicle somewhere?
Did they purchase other batphones prior to the 4th?
For all I know anyone could've had batphones long before June, maybe for other reasons, but if one was to pay cash, how would anyone else ever know??

If this were the case, then wouldn't TH have to believe that someone stole Kyron? Then would an affair be worth letting a predator run for 10 weeks with him? She has been with him since he was a baby, could she sleep with that thought? I think even if she was out committing some other felony, she'd have come clean by now, for Kyron's sake. I also believe LE might give a pass on some other unrelated crime if it could solidify an alibi, clear a parent, and move along the investigation to the true perp.
I thought the same early on, but I can't fathom even after 2 days that anything even plotting Armageddon would be worth keeping secret. All the while a 7yo child she'd cared for was missing. jmo

I get these little details stuck in my stubborn noggin', then I'm worse than a dog & his bone, *grumbles*. I really wanna know, cash sale, prepaid phone, is there any way to know? I've known a few, ahem, not so saintly types, that had one of these so their other half would not be privy to called #s, etc. :twocents:

btw - good topic, there are many possibles as to what ppl could've been doing the day before IF this was preplanned, and it sure looks that way, because Kyron is vanished w/o a trace.

Many don't believe TH wanted the truck on the 4th just to p/u the project. Especially since she didn't bring it home after all that! So maybe she wanted it on the 3rd for other reasons than dropping off the project too.
My thoughts -
Less noticeable than a red Mustang.
It could go many places a Mustang couldn't or wouldn't be convenient for.
It could tote much more "stuff". :waitasec:

ETA - Would getting a truck wet under the hood result in starter troubles later on?

From this interview we know that this woman knew baby K was not feeling well on the 3rd. This woman worked at the gym. So she must have came into contact with TH that day.

Funny, when my kids were sick - I rocked them, gently stroked their hair, gave meds (or sent the hubby to pick up more if I ran out) and snuggled them to ease their pain and stayed "with them". Not pass them off to strangers, put them alone in their seat to drive around for hours, etc . . . . Who's needs were getting met?

BBM. I don't know, but Desiree says Terri definitely gave Kyron what he needed. It was in the Dateline interview. It has resonated more than anything else she's said for me I think.

No one knows for sure how long she was driving, or where, or what was wrong with toddlerK, if anything. I had a very intense often fussy child who I would drive around because looking at things made him happy. And he loved cars. And sometimes I had to put him in daycare because I had to work so we could eat and have a basic house to live in. And teething is not an illness that rules out daycare, and neither is fussiness, whether difficult to soothe or not. Obviously her working out is not what paid their bills but if it allowed her to keep her sanity then more power to her.

In order for LE to rule out or solidify premeditation, June 3rd becomes extremely critical. Perhaps Kyron being marked 'absent' wasn't a given (the time frame to notify someone) therefore leaving the parties involved with a small window of time to operate.

God forgive these words, but if it was a premeditated event, there would have to be provisions made, whether it was another party, or a pre-dug burial site. Ughhh. 90 or so minutes is a reasonable time period to execute a plan.

IMHO, there were bat phones before this event took place. Even if it was purchased just to keep Terri's err, hobbies a secret from prying eyes am certain 'that' phone was well disposed of before the new ones were purchased.

I, too, think Terri had planned this for some time. I read on one of the other threads here at WS (sorry I don't have a link) that it had been stated that Kyron had been acting off, staring into space, etc. I instantly wondered when I read that if she had been trying things out on him to hurt him. I also wonder if one of the real reasons she said she stopped to get the baby earache medicine, wasn't for Baby K at all, but for cute little Kyron. I think she's just pure evil and probably one of those people that want all the attention to be on them, or at least one of their bio kids. JMO
