Just the facts, ma'am.

I agree, just because the parents stated certain facts, that doesn't mean it is true. I still wonder if something may have happened to Lisa earlier in the day, before her dad left for work. I am not saying this is a fact, I just want to consider everything, if it will help find out what happened to Lisa.

I've wondered the same thing and mentioned it earlier. I firmly believe that something happened to HaLeigh Cummings before her dad left for work on the day that she was reported missing. The Irwin case is eerily similar in many respects, and I just can't shake my fears that something happened to little Lisa earlier that day and that the rest of the day/evening/wee hours was scripted by the parents. jmo

~the police have searched the yard multiple times

~the police have searched the area around the home with metal detectors

~the police have searched (and are currently searching see search thread for updates) wooded areas around the home

~the parents stopped cooperating with police

~the parents than resumed cooperation with police

((I am sure there is more but I am trying to keep it to just the LE facts.. which are few... I guess this is going to be a short thread, eh?))

oh one more:

~there was an amber alert issued for 12 hours at first it was for Clay CO and than was extended to include the entire state (I have always found that very odd because for one it does not fit the criteria for one in the state of MO without perp or vehicle description and secondly because they are not issued just to get the word out and then cancelled...)

They searched the landfill as well (how many times?)

Removed manhole covers.

Media outlets received a Grand Jury subpoena for interviews and videos related

A neighbor spotted a man carrying a baby in a diaper around midnight on the night in question. Neighbor was suspicious but the man with baby started to (or pretended to) enter a house ( I am pretty sure that is a fact not just rumor).

Just a thought, could the boys have been watching Lisa when the mom went to the store and that is when something happened to her. Mom came home, became frightened because she left the two young boys with Lisa, she was responsible, and "dumped" Lisa, then came up with the kidnapper story. Maybe that is why she conveniently forgot about the shopping trip. Has LE talked to the boys? Is LE allowed to talk to the boys?

I am not suggesting that the above happened, it was just a thought that went through my mind. So many things that the parents have said do not make sense , and we have another missing child. The thought that she may never be found, and no one will be responsible for this young life upsets me. It has happened too many times, children go missing, and then are forgotten. We have to speak up for them. The little ones are the victims!!!!!!!

I've been trying to add everything that I can qualify with a link from MSM. I sure might miss something, that's why I welcome any and all help :)

I started the very first day so that I could keep things relatively straight in my mind.
You have done a fantastic job! Thank you for all your hard work!!! :rocker:

Shelby1 - thank you!!

Facts v rumors = hard to determine in a State where there is no method to enlighten the masses.

Anything is possible because we have only the parents' word about events of the night when Lisa "disappeared". jmo

The only person who has said that is DB. Can we take it as fact ?

Maybe anything that LE hasn't confirmed, we could throw in something like "DB claims..." or "So and so claimed...."

fact: A grand jury has subpoenaed raw footage from local media

I think the cell phones are fact based on they are said to be three and said to be missing as opposed to the household receives a cellphone bill listing 1 cell phone but maybe a pay as you go phone exists, it seems to be a fact that there are two working cell phones that are unaccounted for by either the owners or LE. A DNA sample was taken from teen-aged neighbor.

Police were questioning neighbors about a "handyman" and showing them a photo.

Police have searched all the homes in the neighborhood.

Any witness statement may not be a fact...we have to remember that a neighbor or family member might say something to cover their own a**, too.

More things to add to the fact list:
An abandoned/dilapidated house with a cistern well was Demolished within hours of LE/FD search of the property and well

the mother has been polygraphed and it is said that the father is willing but has yet to have a LDT.

The Mother & Father have not made any public statements since the Judge JP interview on Saturday.

In every interview, where they have addressed the public directly, small details of the events leading up to the discovery of missing Baby Lisa, on the part of both her Mother & Father, have been added or changed.

Family spokespersons have done all the talking since Saturday.

There is no documentation that the Mother & father, of Lisa, went to the vigil or handed out flyers at the Race track with the Paternal Aunt of Lisa.

LE has released VERY LITTLE information.

We also know that LE removed the crime scene tape on Friday, October 7th, from around the house, that news crews went into the baby's bedroom, that the crib was filled with a baby tub and plastic storage boxes and that the next day and each subsequent day since LE went back to the house to conduct further searches.

Fact: These threads move so fast, I can not keep up with them.

Fact: Nine Days in Baby Lisa is still missing and LE states they are no further along than when the first reports came in.
Fact: the above may not be true.

Fact: The father's work van was searched and a search was conducted near his job site.

Fact: Investigators re-enacted the possibility of a break in through the computer room/front window which is furthest from the front door.

Fact Synopsis: We don't know much.
