In 2018, a 23 year old man was making his way back to a friend's house after a night of fun. He never made it. They found his body all busted up and said he died of drowning. The cops withheld so much and didn't do their due diligence. The is a case of murder and cover up.

Is there any way to find out what officers were on duty around the time he was last seen on the Casey's surveillance video, or what officer was seen on the same video moments after Tyler was seen? My bet is there is no report on file, but there was more than likely contact w/ Tyler. There should be transcripts from dispatch around that time. How can we get ahold of them?
