Car seat in middle of back seat

Driver seat and head area of car seat were 6 inches apart

CFA was 2 or 3 times a month...Got there at 9 AM

CFA had receipts and video

Cooper was wide awake and happy at CFA

Ross was active and walking around

9:19 AM- left CFA

CFA to HD is .6 miles

Left CFA at 9:15, drove straight to Treehouse. Distance approx .6 miles.

Is there a stoplight where he must decide to go to daycare or work.

Distance to light 2 tenths of a mile. From CFA immediate right turn.

He didn't say anything about RH putting Cooper in the trunk at the CFA

Left 4:16 pm

Witnesses and defendant R headed meeting up with friends to see movie. 22 Jump Street. Started at 5.

Cooper was wide awake and happy and walking around at CFA

They left at 9:19 am and drove straight to work. It's .6 miles away
