discussion during lunch was basic shooting the ****.

after lunch went to home depot store across from publix. Ross needed lightbulbs. in the store ten minutes. The need for lightbulbs came up during lunch. Ross requested he be dropped at his car.

Witness saw him approach car. R did not dissaude him from getting too close to car when pulling up.

You know...can you have some respect for the fact that you're sitting in court, and not in your garage, practicing with your band?????

Earlier the detective said Ross stated his son had his eyes and mouth closed, however the detective observed that the boy had his eyes open and his mouth open with discolored tongue protruding slightly...

So the movie plans were made THAT day. Harris couldn't really say no to that since he had to "discover" Cooper later that day.

And didn't he tell him he was going to be late, yet left work shortly after 4PM (in time for the movie)?

Just because Harris was a "good" dad to other people does NOT mean that he was a "good" dad when no one else was around. People do put on a show for others when they don't like/want their child/ren anymore.

Its a phrase for people that think not having kids is somehow "rebellious". Only heard it once or twice, but the folks that use that term seem to think they are special.

Correct. To be super technical it'd be ephebophilia.

There is no "claim" - one of the girls was 16, and is now 17.
