I don't see a plea deal here. The Prosecutor has a great case.

Do you really think the state/county wants to go through the expense of a DP trial? That is INCREDIBLY expensive! It can nearly bankrupt some counties.

They are laying it all out at the bail hearing in order to get the guy to confess and take life without parole.

describes watching R interact with C in the past and how loving he was. This poor dude. I feel so bad for these character witnesses. They have no clue what just happened before the break.

This Prosecutor is on top of this isn't he?? The defense attorney tried like hell but that detective could not be ruffled.

This is painful to watch and I have no words for Coopers moms reaction or lack thereof...

To bad she didn't wipe away tears when she found out what had happened to Cooper at first, like when she asked to see Harris instead of Cooper. To bad she didn't think about Cooper when she asked Harris what all he had said to LE. To bad she didn't think about Cooper when she defended the that left her child to die in a blazing hot car for 6 + hours while he was sexting with other women, eating lunch with buds, making plans to go see a freaking movie. To bad she didn't think about Cooper at all or really give a carp about him enough to protect him and keep him safe and ALIVE!!!!!

I agree 100% with all of the above.

I was absolutely floored when the detective said that after LH was told her baby had died in the blazing hot car, she didn't ask to see Cooper, but asked to see the accused murderer who killed him.

I was sympathetic toward her until now, but at this point I have zero sympathy for this woman.

Knowing my husband and the way he doted (i.e. spoiled) the kids, if I had been told my kid wasn't at daycare I would have assumed dad called in sick, they played hooky and did something fun.

Never would have crossed my mind that he left the child in the car.

And, my husband actually had a responsible full time job.But he adored his kids. Sounds like this guy could have easily spent the day with his son had he been interested in doing so.

I certainly hope that LE told Leanna that she BETTER keep her rear end in the State of Georgia. If they have not yet, I think that they better. I can see her taking a trip to Alabama and then taking off from there to escape prosecution herself.

Did you all notice how the "friends" have mentioned they met Cooper "a couple of times"? REALLY? in 22 months, twice? New parents are -for what I have witnessed- eager to share their precious babes with their friends.... so I have to wonder why alleged "BFFs" only saw Cooper "a couple of times"....

This is so crazy! She had to know! She just had to! Also, they turned the car seat RF only two weeks ago! We were all just saying we wondered if the seat had been recently turned around! I honestly didn't think they could be that dumb to have done it, but, but they DID! It's like everything we all predicted came to fruition...cheating, insurance policies, double life, recently searched about hot car deaths, wanted to be single and child free AND recently turned the car seat around! This guy really honestly did not think he would get caught!
