Defendant got on phone!!! Telling someone child had died. Told them he hadn't gotten hold of anyone.

Record shows he called Leanna and missed call. Second and third were Hime Depot corporate for six mins. It was daycare.

R place C in vehicle described putting C in the seat at CFA per a saftey video instructions, C gave him a kiss. That is their habit.

The turn to daycare is seconds from CFA.

Pulled over Akers Mill

Removed Cooper from car seat, placed on pavement.

First witness to see Ross. Seemed upset, acting irratic. OMG what have I done. I've killed my son.

Anthony (witness) did the CPR NOT Ross. When Anthony started CPR walked away from his son and started making a phone call. He made 3 phone calls.

1 to Leanna
2 to Home Depot Corporate
3 to Home Depot for 6 minutes the toddler room at Little Apron/ But Ross told them that he didn't talk to anyone even though the phone log shows the call lasted 6 minutes
