LE used mannequin cooper sized, head clearly visible over the top of the carseat. Ross needed to lean to the right to the passenger seat to get his computer bag, then sits 30 seconds in the car before he gets out of the car to go into the building.

God that is sickening. 30 seconds sitting there before he does the deed.

Cooper exceeded the requirements of the car seat by several inches.

Exceeded the requirements for the carseat! He couldn't have missed Cooper.

Sat in car for 30 seconds at HD before getting out.

Cooper exceeded the car seat reqments by several inches.

Ross went to lunch...got picked up by 2 friends...Went to Publix, UPS store and came back.

Left at 11:30 return 12:30

NEVER mentioned he returned to the car that day. (THERE'S PROOF HE LIED)

Video shows he went to car at 12:42, from driver's side. Tosses light bulbs he bought into the driver's door.

When he reaches in, Ross turns head and tosses light bulbs into the car. He closes door and goes into HD.

A person passes him as he walks away from car, and this makes Justin stop a couple of times. Gets on phone

He shuts door and walks in. A person passes walking towards his car. He stands and watches, tarts and stops and then justin continues in.

he saw that baby - no way in hades he did not see that baby reaching to the right, when cooper was in the middle and taller than the car seat. Unreal that he would subject his child to such torture.

got back from lunch around 12:30

NEVER mentioned return trip to car at that time.

Surv Video. Green car pulls up in front of R's car. R had gone to Publix for lunch, gone to Home Depot (store) not offices made purchase. Green car pulls up. He gets out, they drive off, he walks up to his car opens drivers side door and tosses lightbulbs into car toward passenger side.

Angle of photo, can you see carseat? yes, objection. consistent.

When he reaches in he turns head, in there turns head and then tosses lightbulbs into car.

Shuts door turn around and immediately begins walking into work. Another pseron passes him approaching his car. He watches the guy walking towards his car. He starts a bit then stops and then R proceeds into building.

Got email from Cooper's teacher at daycare at 1:30.

Harris told him he never returned to the car that day.

But according to video, he came back to the car, he walks to the car, opens the driver door, LEANS in the frame and tosses the bag into the passenger side
