He talked to Leanna at about 4. I want to know what that was about.

Lunch with two friends...to publix then UPS store...from 11:30 to 12:30. Ross said he DID NOT go to car all day...but upon review at 12:42 pm, green car pulled up in front of his car. (NOTE: Ross left out that they also went to Home Depot to buy light bulbs). He approaches car and tosses lightbulbs inside of car on surveillance video. And approached from left angle to enter the car. When he reaches in, he turns his head a little bit per detective. He shuts door, then walks away. Appears another person passes him as he walks away. He stops.... and ...ooops interuppted here.

Okay. So I am understanding this, He did not say that Justin watched the guy walk by his car, I just listened to this twice.

4 PM. Leanna calls, phone tag for a bit....have a minute phone call at 4:04.

No texts from Leanna that day.

Said there were no phone calls made during the day- but earlier he said when RH walked past someone in parking lot, he went on his phone after the person passed his car.

but played phonetag with Leanna around 4 pm. Had actual conversation with her at 4:04. No texts from Leanna.

Said he got a "group" email from Cooper's teacher...no more said than that.

Tikets were prepurchased by friend who owed him money. Via IM at 345 he told them he was gonna be late to movie. But def told LE that he had left work early to beat after work rush. He actually left at 416

4 pm gets phone call from wife, phone tag, gets thru 3rd time, conversation with wife at 4.

Friend owed him money, bought R's ticket for movie. 3:45 he contacts through interoffice IM he told them he would be late to movie. (movie was with work friends then)

Defendant states to LE he left work early to make the movie on time.

He told them friends he would be LATE to the movies and he told LE he left EARLY to make the movie. Takes less than 10 to get to movies

He passes a person on the way from his car while he's on the way to his office building.

He stops and pauses as the man walks near his car

Got email from Cooper's teacher at daycare at 1:30.

My God. Even if he forgot, THIS should have clued him and and reminded him!

He left work early to get to the movies. Left at 4:16 pm. Less than 10 minutes to get to movie theater from there. Audio out.
