Testimony didn't seem (to me) to imply that.

I'd say "beyond a reasonable doubt". Sounds like his lunch friends were supposed to discover his dead baby with him.

UMM.. no cpr and pulls in and says to the bystander that DID try cpr that his kid is dead? how did he know he was dead? how did he know it? sorry I will bump up that testimony.

4 pm gets phone call from wife, phone tag, gets thru 3rd time, conversation with wife at 4.

Friend owed him money, bought R's ticket for movie. 3:45 he contacts through interoffice IM he told them he would be late to movie. (movie was with work friends then)

Defendant states to LE he left work early to make the movie on time.

There was plans for a movie... who was supposed to pick up Cooper from daycare?

Looked like he was trying to hyperventilate himself.

No tears, no real emotion, except for the "huffing"

demeanor was odd in interview room - fluctuate - watch him on camera trying to work himself up, then sit, no emotion, attempts to cause himself to hyperventilate.

Several stories to LE about being a jailor then dispatcher.

He spoke in cop language with interviewers.

There were no texts. Only a group email (to mom and dad??) from cooper's teacher. Group email could have been to all the parents....they never said.

Car seat was too small for Cooper, and a dummy smaller than Cooper could be seen over the seat. He does NOT have a backup camera, he backed up before pulling into space with car to left and grass to right. Object put in car was lightbulbs, and he was inside the car door frame at that time. Day care emailed him at 1:30.
