Regarding the abrasions to the back of Cooper's head. If you've read the Gene Weingarten Washington Post article, (Fatal Distraction…) one of the children covered in the article pulled out ALL his hair before he died.

Connection is this- probable cause IMO, not stated in court, is that he would not have to worry about child support if he got a divorce with Cooper gone. IMO very relevant!

Ugh. I really did not want to hear this today. I did not want to think this was this person, but I have to admit it looks worse than I could have imagined.

If I was leanne and I was innocent I would have gotten up and walked out now. That she has not, leads me to believe there is some involvement.

Couldn't be bothered with remembering his son.

Maybe that's who he talked to for 6 minutes. Maybe he was calling a woman employee at the daycare?

I thought that even before they brought up the sexting.

One conversation about exposing himself while chatting, admitted C was in the room at time. D atty trying to keep this info out but that is were the question and answer was going.

Goes to state of mind, occurred within two weeks of C's death.
