Anyone think he will get bond now?

I will be very interested in seeing how Leanna opts to handle her support of R going forward.

My guess:

"My husband has made mistakes, but God would want me to forgive him. He is a wonderful husband, and was a wonderful father."

Never mentioned that he bought the light bulbs OR put them in car. Otherwise, the story seems to check out through lunchtime. And he was EXTREMELY specific about where he ate, who with, times, etc. but neglected to mention Home Depot light bulb purchase.

Apparently the friends dropped him off at the car where he put in the light bulbs.

defense attorney seems determined to try to suggest since 🤬🤬🤬 told LE a lot of things that it means he was truthful that he "just forgot"

The worst part for me right now is that he went out to the car to put those bulbs there to see if if Cooper was dead. I can not see anything else. He knew he was dead and even then he could have said something but no, He let him roast further.

I thought that is what he said. I am stunned. :(

Yup. Ain't they awesome? I'm so sad. Also, dad said "I was worried how he'd look," or something to that effect. Ugh.

I'm literally shaking right now. I can barely type! This MF! No one better defend him now! Disgusting man!

oh but he was depressed

I would be interested in hearing if his two friends he went to lunch with were given an excuse of some sort that he couldn't drive that day and what is was!

As for what they can charge Mom with, it depends on what they can prove. If they can prove she was a co-conspirer, they can charge her with everything they charge him with. If they can only prove she knew he wanted to do such a thing, they could probably charge her with felony neglect and injury to a child because she put Cooper in harm's way.

If she only had a suspicion, but no actual knowledge, probably just simple negligence.

"Too many forgetful things in one day."

I would say that's an accurate statement.

  • #832
He was very specific about everything that day, Home Depot, etc. EXCEPT Cooper and going to his vehicle at lunch.

  • #833
This is even more horrific than I could imagine. Just OMG...

As a single murder, sadly, I think this one is worse than Caylee's. And I NEVER thought I would be saying this. :(

I have often wondered if caylee did not meet a similar fate. It would explain the smell of death in the car.

Don't he mentioned the sexting

I believe the couple has Munchhausen by Proxy and use their religion as a reason Cooper would be better off dead. :(

I wish I could give them that, but I just can't. :(

This officer is GREAT on the stand!

Well, I now know the definition of "it shocks my conscience as a father and grandfather" ....

This LE is not taking the defense attorney's crap. I don't think he will waver on stand. I like that for this case.
