Mr. Madden seems to have a problem with estimating times. LE was there VERY quickly, no way it was anywhere even close to 20 minutes. MOO

He's a good defense witness.

His tears were ' genuine, organic and passionate.'

What an odd choice of words.

Hell, my watermelon was also genuine, organic and passionately yummy. :floorlaugh: sorry - couldn't resist.

Mr. Madden kinda reminds me of a young Morgan Freeman.

Do you notice they always are emotional when someone is talking about them not the deceased. Remember Casey Anthony, Scott Peterson.

I don't think they cry because it is "about them" but that they feel the discussion turns to their response/emotion and they are supposed to cry.

Not only buying light bulbs, but sexting with women & sending pornographic images of himself - while his poor baby was suffering horrendous pain and anguish - I'm simultaneously sick to my stomach and beyond enraged.

When I was trying to fall asleep last night, I was thinking about the reporter's recent tweet about "terrible details coming".

I realized it likely had to do (in part) with little Cooper's appearance when first responders arrived at the scene. Others have posted about another case involving a baby girl who pulled her hair out as she died from hyperthermia in a hot car. I had trouble falling asleep - it took me four hours - thinking about that baby girl and also little Cooper.

As much as I didn't want to imagine it, I thought Cooper had probably either pulled his hair out or had scratched his little face due to the pain he most definitely experienced.

When the testimony today revealed that Cooper had scratches on his face, I broke down and cried so hard I could barely follow the subsequent testimony.

The only thing that comforts me now is that Cooper is no longer suffering.

I have nothing but utter contempt (to put it mildly) for this so-called "father" who killed his defenseless baby in this horrific manner.

This is what drives me mad, but people pity the freaking parents? Cooper died with both eyes and mouth wretchedly open, clawing at his own face and bashing his own head enough to cause multiple abrasions.

I don't think Ross likes his attorney...did you see that heavy lidded look he just gave him??

  • #1,134
So Leonard is an eye witness to Harris "giving CPR" to Cooper. Harris appears to be trying to work up some tears now in court.

Yes after his attorney walked over there to tell him to put some emotion in it. So transparent and disgusting. My goodness. Discussing what happened that day and you have to be told to act sad.... REALLY!!!!!??????

An overgrown Justin Beiber wannabe child predator?
He knew if he got caught there was a trail 10 miles long!
moo
Aww the wife finally lost a tear.

I wonder though whether he was worried about being caught re: Cooper, or about sexting minors.... or both. Gross pig.

When are you going to pick up my buddy, sounds like the defense wants to put the blame on the wife.

I have to get some work done...grr. I have to say I am really impressed eith the LE investigation and how he handled himself on stand. Unwavering and confident in his findings. The defense won't be able to get far with him. They really kept this information locked tight, I'm pleased with how thoroughly they seem to want to put this SOB away.

Mr. "Ross" can keep on crying.... for LIFE, imo

this witness wept for the boy... :(

Baby killer/pedophile (underage sexting) can waaa all the way to prison.

This witness is coming across like a soap opera actor. Strange choice for the defense but I guess they couldn't get anyone else.

this appears to be the only witness from the scene who does not think R was acting (overacting) on "discovering" Cooper.

Coworker at Home Depot on stand now.
