Do you really think the state/county wants to go through the expense of a DP trial? That is INCREDIBLY expensive! It can nearly bankrupt some counties.

They are laying it all out at the bail hearing in order to get the guy to confess and take life without parole.

Soliciting minors is a crime. IIRC, testimony today revealed that RH sent pornographic photos of himself to a minor and asked to meet up with that minor.
