You can't blame people for what they did not know about him. Some people are great hiders. We just had a worship leader sent to federal prison for Child .
I understand how someone can hide it from others. Those others should not be blamed. I had a hard time reconciling the person I knew with the one in prison. I never ever would have put it together.
And it just makes you sick inside.

I think there will be a lot of reflection. Everyone deserves a defense but I believe this case will only get worse not better for him.

Wow...good for the judge. No bond. Possible death penalty case. I'm thinking the judge didn't think for one moment after he heard the testimony that this was an accident...low threshold or not.

I read that he was in his car approx. 10 minutes before pulling over.

The daycare center was 4 minutes from the Chick Fil A.

I thought I heard 6 mins?? Or 6 miles??

I couldn't bring myself to post, but have watched, and followed along here... but now I can finally breathe... with continued tears for sweet baby Cooper. He gotdealt such a bad hand when it came to parents. My heart hurts so badly for him, and the extended family who surely loved him dearly. Honestly, I knew they had enough evidence to charge him with what they did, but I didn't know that we would hear all that we did. They easily could have left the charge as is.

I'm glad the judge mentioned potential death penalty, and those were the last words RH heard from him... the man deserves to go straight to hell. And I'm sorry, it sounds like mom isn't much better.

I was actually worried he would be given bond when the Judge let the guy present his witnesses for that matter.

Wow. This case being "shocking to the conscious" is right. WOW.

They were so so smart to bring up the sexting to teenage girls because the only thing that I could think as a reason to give him bond is that he is "not a threat to society" by bringing that up they are showing he definitely is a threat! Good job! I love the detective who testified. It's amazing how calm and believable he was.

This boiled down to whether the judge trusted the judgment of that detective!!!

I admire the investigation. They did a fantastic job and they have been closing the loop from all sides. There was no rush to judgement here that I could see.

I have no words for much of this. I want to know how he could have been given access to minors since he had a sex offense prior. I guess that will come out pretty soon.

He was shooting penis pics and sending them during the day while his baby was dying and dead in the car?
