MILLS, Wyo. - A police officer in Wyoming is under investigation for the death of a K-9 after it was left in a vehicle for six hours.

Nyx was a K-9 drug detection dog that had been with the Mills Police Department for eight years, according to a news release.

How many times does it have to be said that no one should leave a child or an animal in a closed car in hot weather? Officer Miller should be prosecuted. IMHO
