Hey guys!
I'm looking for some advice as this is my first ever post on this site (and in fact I created this account specifically to post this). I've spent many hours today reading up on some identified cases and felt inspired to have a quick look myself (but did not expect to find anything). I spent honestly less than 5 minutes on this case so feel like I probably have missed something obvious but of course I thought I would post here just to check because it seems a bit too ""good to be true"" (if that makes sense).
Essentially I had a quick look at the Charley Project and picked this here - Edward Guy White. Like I said I am very new to this but thought I would have a look on NamUS which I see people use all the time. After just searching up the location I found this unidentified body here which matches the Edward perfectly.
Edward is 41 years old, white, 5'11, 230 - 250 pounds, blonde/strawberry hair and hazel eyes. All which fit the unidentified body to a T. The body was found on the 14th of August 2021 in a decomposed state and Edward was last seen on the 21st of March 2021.
It seems to be an obvious match right? I'm assuming I'm missing something as I feel like it should have been picked up on already? (Or has it maybe already been seen?).
If anyone could give me some advice I would be very grateful! (Either if you think it is a match and worth reaching out or if I've missed something obvious)
