Kamelia was allegedly abducted by her father, Derek Spencer, who may use the alias last name Gruning. He has "Derek" tattooed on his arm. She was also abducted by her grandmother, Helen Barbara Gruning, who often wears wigs. FBI UFAP warrants were issued for the abductors on 10/27/00. The abductors may be in the company of another adult female. They may have left the country or traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada. The abductors may be armed and dangerous. CAUTION ADVISED.
