Very weird this is not getting more attention in the news, etc.

We all agree. I dont know if this is because the police know more than they are letting out (which im sure they do, but I mean as far as Kate being missing).

So do you think the police relayed the info to her mom or she didn't talk to her family period? I seen that the police were in contact with her & Katelyn said she was in Thailand but that was it. I wonder what was up with the vehicle & her dog situation, her Chihuahua was like either 12 or 24 & she brought him everywhere, I assume she would have been upset to hear the news about him. Imo jmo moo

Katie has been located and directly communicated with in Thailand by law enforcement and, to the best of our knowledge, is safe. We sincerely thank each and every person and organization who has reached out and shared her story. At this time, we have no further information to share but want Katie to know that our arms are open wide and here for her always and forever. Source

I'd also like to know how she came to be in Thailand without her family's knowledge, why another woman had her vehicle and why her dog was found tied to a fence and deceased.

I'd also like to know how she came to be in Thailand without her family's knowledge, why another woman had her vehicle and why her dog was found tied to a fence and deceased.

I wonder if she is back home now or if still in Thailand. I understand someone going to a different country on a vacation totally, what I don't get is the stuff that happened around it like the woman & her car, & her dog, not letting a single friend or family know that she was going to be gone for awhile even just for the sake of safey precautions. I hope she's doing well though & staying safe.
