Dangit! I was thinking we would get to see JB's "reason" for adding Little Miss Witchie Poo (CAs words not mine) to the list today. But then I remembered he'll fax it in at 4:59:59. I still want to see her following them around every day. KB is Caylee's voice.

Actually, I can see Casey or Cindy behind the listing of Kathi as a witness.

They both hate her equally ~
Actually, as someone once said, "I think she hates her more than THEY/she loved Caylee".

That was my first thought, ICA is being vindictive and CA wants KB's mouth shut. KB broke many 'stories' in this case, the biggest being KFN as alleged felons...she has been that thorn in the defenses sides...by the looks of that "look" ICA shot KB, this must be a plan of ICA's...she asks all the tough questions and has CMason shooting back darts at her, remember she's a pain in the arse, according to Mason...:floorlaugh:

If KB were to be added to the witness list, it would mean she can't report on the trial for until she testifies, she can't be in the courtroom...so that must be their goal, to not have KB in their faces at the end of the day's court proceedings...JMHO

IMHO baez is only doing this to keep her out of the courtroom and far from the front steps. Though, I highly doubt JP will allow this added witness in :) Baez will further argue that since she is a witness in this case, she would no longer be able to report.

It's a far stretch, but dang-it-all if I'm not getting into this mans head.

Not sure why the HHJP would go along with that since KB can and will watch everything on TV as it is happening. It will not keep her from reporting. KB would not have any direct evidence to testify to. It would be hearsay. Right?

Maybe he wants to ask her about the duct tape that was shown on GA's kidfinder stand, the one that was the exact same rare type found on Caylee's skeleton. You think?

OK - will we immediately know when JB files his "explanation" today? You know, the very compelling reason to amend his witness some...what...28 months late or something like that?

I have an Idea the dog and pony show is going to be starting earlier than we thought...where's my andlooks like it's gonna be a bumpy ride through May...:woohoo:

Well he**s bells, guess I need to stock the freezer, gather up the restaurant delivery menu's, check to make sure there's plenty of doggie food, put all bills on auto payment, fill medicine cabinet with drugs for headache, nausea, nerves, send notice out of unavailability via phone or person. Forget anything? :panic:

And that, folks, is why they listed her as a witness - so they won't have to put up with her during the trial! Uh boys, she'll just wait on the court house steps for you! DUH! And it's not like Wesh won't send in someone else who willing be probably tweeting everything to her!

I'm waiting for Hal Boedecker, Marinade Dave, and Bill Schaeffer to be listed too. Lord.

Very good Aedrys - Excellent. Wow!

Also Amy H is listed as a defense witness for penalty phase.

Is this going to be on Court TV? Anyone know? I want every day of this trial - Every day and I am willing to buy TIVO if need be. I have to have it. Wish I had the Betty Broderick case on tape - that was great. Peterson, just okay. This will be incredible. Imo.

Court TV???

Oh I'm certain it'll be on TruTV (formerly Court TV), I think they've already made it clear they WILL be covering the trial.

Let's put it this way, they'd be stupid NOT to.

I'm planning to go to Orlando for at least a few days and see if I can't get in. This is OT, but any recommendations on when would be the best time? Opening arguments, midway, penalty phase?

I have this herbal tea that I have stocked up on. It helps with healthy liver and kidney function. I figured with the alcohol consumption in the months to come that it would be a good idea. The taste takes a little to get used to, but now I love it.

I am going to try and go for a day or two too. Most likely mid-trial. I don't think I could sit in that courtroom when Cindy, George and Lee are testifying without fear of getting arrested for "contempt" for screaming out "LIAR!"

I know it sounds bad, but at least I can admit that about myself enough to stay away:rocker:

This trial may help, temporarily, boost the local economy..and I don't mean the theme parks..but downtown Orlando...

In preparation for the trial and the amount of people that will converge and want to get into the courtroom....I hope that establishments like restaurants, bars etc..in downtown Orlando come up with a good marketing plan to increase business by having the TV's set to a channel that will broadcast the trial..maybe have Daily Casey Trial Specials so those people that are not able to get into the courtroom don't have to go far to watch the trial, and help the local economy.
