True Crime radio was awesome last night! I was up 'til 2 am listing. As I was dozing off I heard Wendy talking about a charity she's on that raises money for victim travel costs -- keep us posted on that if you can -- I thought that was an awesome spontaneous moment on the show!

GOOD NEWS Big mtg at the hospital and my Dad reports Alfonse was "by far the best I've seen him" , he's getting discharged tomorrow, starts his outpatient program on Wed. GLORY HALLELUIAH (haven't posted much about it as it was a really rough go the last week with him). Relief, thank you for all the prayers and love. Deep breath.

My very first post after years of peeking in here. Just wanted to send many soft hugs, hopes, and blessings your way, KCL. I can only assume you must have lots of clones to cover so many aspects of your life. We are blessed to have you, too.

Thank you. I just have a good car with lots of miles. I've gone to the hospital almost every day for nearly a month visiting him thru various stages of illness. SO relieved he's coming home tomorrow. Time for a big old party. Which in our family means food. lol Thanks so much.

I can not imagine how you are doing this all, Taking care of your brother, visiting him, Taking care of the Alexander family and their hearts, And keeping us all in the loop.

Just dropped in for 3 things:

(1) To say thank you for all your trial notes. They make me feel like I'm in the courtroom. I love the jury observations.

(2) To say how much I am kicking myself for missing you on Dr. Drew. The one evening I spend at my in-laws watching the NCAA Championship game! (My favorite team wasn't even in it!)

(3) To check on your brother. I know he had a rough week. He is in my prayers, as are you. Is he close to being able to get out of the hospital?

Catching up on Dr. Drew tonight here in Portland, OR... and the BEST, BEST, BEST part was when KCL actually earned about 4 seconds of dead silence on the air (and Dr. Drew is always quickly shuffling commenters along in the interest of air time....... "oh, me? yeah.......and that's what I predict." Boy, if that were Superbowl ad time!? And she really knocked his socks off with her conviction in her statement. I love it! Super cool.

LOL I know I kind of spaced out there..I was waiting for a question! haha I'm not the most savvy guest but I do have my opinions! "two death penalty trials" AND convictions /death sentences I might add! Thank you!

I left the Dr. Drew show and went straight to the hospital and Alfonse is very psyched to come home. He wants to go to Outback Steakhouse tomorrow night so that is what we will do!

We detailed all the things he can do at home--hang out with the cats, sleep in his own comfy bed, eat whatever he wants, smoke anytime he wants...freedom! I think he will rapidly improve once he's home...been almost a month, just two days shy. Ugh.:jail:

PS My Nissan Murano has eyelashes...seriously! lol
