Exactly! Helps with the frustration to feel like you have participated in some small way to support Travis and his family.

It does help with the frustration...and sadness. It was so frustrating watching the defense witnesses. I love Dr. Demarte!

Just to think the family might have a couple good memories when they look back on this nightmare (hopefully anyway) makes me feel better. I think the best memory will be when JA is convicted.

I've posted this elsewhere. I do not know a total, I have not asked them a total and nor will I and if it's shared with me in confidence, as it's their private matter, I will hold their confidence on that and all things.

I was just concerned that the 5K of this effort was met. It was easily met seeing one donor alone transferred $3500 to their account. Pretty sure the 5K was met by 3pm that day and just half the day was up . I know the numbers of donors was in the hundreds. Most gave well over the $10 request (fyi I donated $10 to kick it off).

I said I would post if the 5K was met and it was and I have shared this multiple times. I think that is a huge success! And I think everyone who participated should give themself a pat on the back having had a part in this huge effort all gleaned in ONE day! I also know that many donations are still rolling in that got generated from that effort but sent in the mail as a check so the numbers continue to go up. The will return next week to more donations. So many generous people out there! Thank you to all who participated!

I would like to make a donation to the loving and grieving Alexander family.

I've searched the Travis Alexander Trial board the best that I could. I did indeed find some links. However; I'm a bit confused as to the location in order to donate. (confusion and shady are not strangers; we are well acquainted :blushing. Additionally, I have googled for the information regarding where the heck I should go.

I would like to know what our fine members believe to be the best place to go on the internet in order to make my donation; which will be in the form of PayPal or my credit card.

I would rather select PayPal but if that is not an option my credit card will be fine.

May I please have a link regarding my question above?

IMHO- The amount of donations gleaned is immaterial, it's the fact that the Alexander family's stress is relieved somewhat. I feel we know the family well enough to know the money will be used wisely, and that it's appreciated.
ACL- If you happen to get" lost" on your east coast travels you might want to visit the real northern California.We'd love to have you!

"Whatcha want ma"... That is so stinkin' cute...love it!

In addition to playing "Business" (like I mentioned before), we also played "wedding" ...and we used to think it was "awfully wedded wife" instead of "lawfully" wedded wife"!! Lol...

We use to play dress ups...All the old hand me downs that were wore out went in our dressup box.Gawd we would do this all day. I would put on a bra and stuff with runned nylons...One day my mom even let me go to store on my bra:floorlaugh: I was only 10 and flat as a fried egg but I begged so she said ok:floorlaugh::floorlaugh: Such a small town and everybody knew me but no body laughed I still say I loved the good ole days:great::great:

I WILL be using that cookie cutter to make some to bring during deliberations or an after verdict gathering. How did you know I love to bake? Thank you so much gals for your kindness. xoxo

Good for you Katie our wanting to know can not cause any problems for this family.It would be devastating if info got out that could cause a mistrial!I just want to let you know I will keep posting the 2 places where money can be sent to the family on huffington post and my facebook.Also just wanted to say hi and hope your brother and father are doing well.
