Here is a little irony - more candid shots of the defense outside the courtroom than prosecution on HLN CNN website.
OH AND DARN ---------------> NO GUARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

The top photo looks like they are posing rather than it being a candid shot. Double standard. MOO

I even saved that pic as "looking a little posed there no guards.jpg"

Someone in the other thread pointed out too - that Wilmont gave the 17 year old an autograph in the courtroom. She told the story on Dr. Drew! I think they are like a saloon door, swinging both ways! Tisk, tisk!

oh and..............
1.4 million so far

LOL - No no, not Tampa! They were from Pinellas County; St. Pete / Clearwater! I WISH that jury had been from Tampa; she wouldn't be thinking about bankruptcy right now, that's for sure.. :)
People from Tampa were enraged at the verdict...heck, people from St. Pete/Clearwater were too!
That jury was 'the perfect storm' in many ways...I'm now against sequestration for the duration of a trial. Fine for deliberations, not an entire trial. oh well..

YES, thanks for correcting that Tampa comment ! Lutz, here ! Zimmerman trial in Orlando and Andrea Sneiderman trial in Atlanta are right around the corner.

Justice for Travis.

I am so glad your brother is doing so well! I remember when my Mother God rest her soul, would be in the hospital as soon as the medications were adjusted and she came back to being her wonderful self how relieved we always felt. I would be worried she might not make it back but thankfully she did.Best feeling in the world.

KCL--

How is Katie Wick doing? It must have been horrible to watch Nurmi making a fool of himself using her name!

Please tell her we all love her & think she's great!

She must be doing something right if Team Jodi singles her out!

Within an hour of testimony ending Thursday, the juror who has been seen in the past outside the courthouse after trial sat eating ice cream on a bench near a group of spectators who were waiting for the prosecutor.

Martinez chose to take a different exit Thursday afternoon and avoided the scene.

Why in the world is this juror doing? This was AFTER the judge questioned the jury about Juan talking to people outside!

You're a great person. Don't worry about the dimwits. It's very easy to sit behind a computer screen and say things you'd never say to someone's face.

Me, and all of my emus think you're a coollady.

Isn't it interesting how I wrote that just before Katie ddj became an "exhibit" in the trial? Do do do do to u and the emus. ;)

She's doing just great...she's a feisty gal. :)

I just wanted to throw out there that I LOVE that elephants are a part of this. Every time I take my daughter to the San Diego Safari Park, the first animal we head for are the "stinky elephants" (what she's called them since she could talk--they're her favorite). We sit out on the observation deck and watch them the longest, sometimes twice.

The one and only thing "accidentally" left behind from the builder in our new house - in Alfonse room.
This is the came from Miracle on 34th Street.

He thinks he is ready to come home this weekend.

KCL- I used that for my signature elsewhere for a long time...this old lady loves to dance in the rain.
So glad Alfonse is thinking positively. Course, now you'll have to hustle your bustle to be ready for him and Dad.Hope Dad arrived safely.
You must be living 30 hour days...hugs and prayers.

Thank you Doester. The best part of it was (well the only good part) that it apparently DID have an impact. had I not shown up and "checked" this Judge, who knows what she would have done? This is why it is SO important families are front and center at hearings/trials. It becomes very easy to forget the victim, esp over time.

I will also mention I walked in (with my attorney) and the killer was sitting right there. I had no idea he would attend as he attended none of the main hearing. I saw him for the first time in almost 20 years that day. Ugh.

Wonder what Jodi Arias will look like after 20 years on death row.

Katie,
Weebles asked me to make this side by side - JUST FOR YOU!

Here is part of the note --->This is a rendition of the age progression of the murderer I ran through a program on the internet for her.

ANJ speaking now: (I bet she will look lots worse and I bet the program doesn't account for 23 hours in solitary and one hour a day yard! LOL) ((Oh, if she makes it that long.....needle or prisoner vigilante)

Happy Easter everyone. If you are the praying kind, please include my brother (again) who after making much progress kind of took a turn for the worse this weekend. I'm exhausted, my Dad is here now and I'm not so sure that was the best idea. Anyway, he could use the love. :please:

There are elephants in this part of the world that hold an importance place in the temples. They stand outside. If you walk up to them and say a prayer then they touch you gently as though they are sending you good wishes.

They are known to be fierce protectors. You don't wanna get an elephant mad!
I think an elephant would pounce on Arias just looking at her and smelling her evilness.
