Katiecoolady, I listened to the show tonight. Great job as always. Was glad to hear so called misconduct wont be an issue. As far as the trial goes, cant wait for JM to get up.I hope it comes out that Jodi also kicked the dog. The jury will realize that Jodi self projects, and will know for sure that Travis did not kick her in the hand. Shes the only one that does the kicking.

So sorry to hear about your brothers set back, how frustrating the antibiotics administration is, lets hope the drs are listening this time. Hope things with your Dad are looking up, I have had a housefull of family over Easter, whom I love dearly, but goodness it can be hard yakka!
KCL- I have been wondering, and you are surely the best person to ask, how do you think TA's family will fare after the trial? It seems clear that JA will be found guilty, and is facing LWOP or the DP and hopefully will not be a risk to anyone ever again. But his siblings have to cope with not only their terrible grief, but the massive disruption that the already very protracted, and of course very public legal proceedings have had on their lives. How does one go about getting back into the 9-5, (or whatever) groove, get back into socialising "normally", cleaning the house, going to the gym, or whatever their normal life consists off?
I can't even imagine. My Mother died, of natural causes, but quite young, and I nursed her for some time, and I found it really, really hard to get back to my former life-nothing, it seemed, mattered anymore, what could?
With this "situation", goodness, where could they start?

Just talked to him. He sounded better but said they had to give him extra medication this am as he was hearing more voices and "too hyper". He had to hang up quickly for a group but kept sayng "I love you...I love you foreve..I love you very much" as he was hanging up. Which believe me is much better than I was getting yesterday. Thanks for asking. He's obviously still unstable so it may be awhile.

REAL QUESTION
I need some help figuring out that magazine message. The last sentence was something like "btw, your interview was great".
Interview with who? Did he give an interview on 48 hrs, or one of the media outlets she used? Was it an interview with her attorneys? If it was the latter, her attorneys would ALREADY KNOW he gave a different story, or fu**ed up the story (using her words). "Unleash the sleuther's" because this has been driving me crazy. Anyone know, or have an idea??

It was 35, wasn't it? I think he said a number of times he's had 35 years of experience.

Thank you so much. My Dad finallly had a conversation this am with a nurse who was taking this antibiotic stuff seriously and apparently has a son w/ similar problems and meds and has had a similar reaction to antibiotics (thank God). She said she'd talk to his Dr. today about all of this (which I think is the crux of the problem).

Now to just figure out what to do when he has to go on an ab again.

Modern chemistry.......I tell ya you have to advocate FIERCELY for a mentally ill family member. It's it's own part time job in itself.

I'm in it for the long haul w/ my dear brother and he will never again fall thru the cracks.

Mistrial is not warranted and juror five should not be removed. Goodness, if I was. A juror it would be all I could have done not to scream at Nurmi when Jodi was all the stand spewing all her lies. She isn't worthy of another trial.

Depending on what she said she should be removed. It would depend on what she said and what other jurors thought about it. JMO

OMG you guys...I am so blown away right now I can't even barely type.

I just got home from a quick two night getaway and checked my mail for the first time in a few days and my mail box was FILLED with notes and cards and gifts for me and more importantly the Alexander family to pass along.

I'm so overwhelmed I haven't even really gone through them all yet. I'm just digesting the first things I saw but I had to stop and express my overwhelming gratitude. The handmade bracelet with all the charms representing so many meaningful things to me with a handmade box with the inside showing a photo of my sister and I as a baby copied and affixed to the lid...ok now I'm bawling.

I was so out of it due to the Katie Wick thing the day I left, I literally left my house for 2 nights with my front door standing open (don't worry the security screen door was locked...but DUH!). I am just getting some of these things because i rushed out so fast i didn't check mail that day either.

I will write each of you individually too...I hope you see this. My Dad just arrived yesterday and i will show him each and every thing as well along with the beautifully heart felt letters.

Well if Nurmi wants her tossed she must have said something that wasn't favorable to the defense or he wouldn't have mentioned a word about it.

I think he needs to be worried about all the jurors and what they are thinking.

He is so blessed to have you as his voice to the doctors and to have your constant love and support! I'm so sorry to hear about his reaction to the antibiotic. I had no idea that medications like that could have such dramatic side effects. I will keep praying! His words to you are so meaningful and touching.

BTW, a good, but much younger, friend of mine took a Z-Pac, it counteracted her birth control pills, and now she's expecting! Total SHOCKER for me - AND her hubby of just 6 months! From now on, I'm reading the entire warning booklet on EVERYTHING!
