The words "Juror 18" and "needing to always be in control" were uttered.

I shared some theories about him which were met with "I can totally see that". I don't want to share publicly other than saying we were on the same page. Something not right with that juror, imo.

I think the next jury will sentence her to death.

Long period of time where the DT was in an ex parte hearing, leaving Martinez and FLores sitting up at the prosecution table alone.

MANY defense attorneys filing in for their cases. I'd say around 20 in the well at one point. It was weird.

Willmott came out, alone at one point, walked past the prosecution table and in a coquettish fashion said "Miss me?" to Flores.

Inappropriate and unprofessional. We all heard it.

This made me sick. After the trial, I do believe that even if I were her relative, I could never miss her. Flores must have wanted to laugh her to scorn.

I was texting with Samantha much of the time today. She was included telephonically in the in chambers hearing.

We had a LONG breakfast, lots of interesting sharing, getting to know one another.

Id say it was a VERY productive trip downtown between seeing JA in shackles (the jurors wanted to sit on that side so they could see her like that and she could see them...apparently she did a staredown with Tara aka Ponytail), my long talk with Martinez and the breakfast with the jurors.

There is going to be another gathering, social gathering coming up in a few weeks that all these 3 will be at, maybe others. It will be great getting to know them. I told them all our nicknames for them...they got a kick out of them. Very nice ladies, all three.

Just have to publicly thank jayarohh because it is 100% because of his creativity that I get to have these chats with Juan Martinez.

He asked me again who I am and reminded him of our case and he asked me a ton of questions about the Apelt brothers, their status, he knew one of them was removed from DR, asked me about that, the details, their first names, about Cathy Hughes our prosecutor. He was genuinely interested in how things were going in our case. Good man.

I know he knew I was in there but I never knew if he lined up *me* with that person (Cindy's sister). He put it all together today and asked me a ton of questions about our case. Very friendly, curious, caring.

He was semi shocked/not shocked to hear of a certain local reporter's psychotic level of disdain for him.

KCL, it seems both defense and prosecution have professionals to help them pick jurors. Was juror 18 really vetted? He has made some really stupid remarks that make him sound like a 16 year old. Yes, he is also an obvious control freak.

I would have thought JM would know the disdain he had for him just from his style of reporting. He (MK) really must be a paid DT reporter, you know, some under the table agreement for scoops by the DT.

May I just reiterate how utterly satisfying it was for all of us to see Jodi Arias finally lined up, cohesive in looks as to who she is. The convicted first degree murder in stripes and full shackles, pale and held in captivity. Just as she deserves. The visible sign of her consequence was entirely satisfying for all of us. People kept talking about it at the breakfast, including the jurors. After her brazen, ballsiness we watched for months, finally she's as she should be. Fully incarcerated.

So I watched her as long as I could. She looks pale grey and her affect, to me, is different. Listen you can only look so cocky in full shackles and prison stripes.

She looked more "broken" to me for lack of a better word but trying to look confident. This confinement/conviction is having an effect on her. I can see it.

She was still in there talking to delaRosa flanked by guards when we left.

So glad to hear this. While she did look paler on tv, washed out, I thought I saw that old hint of smugness as her eyes scanned (I suppose) the gallery.

I just think it is awesome the jurors are willing to support Travis and see this through. Jodi really has it in for Tara. Tara has said during trial jodi would give her those staredowns. Sick. i would be fearful of Jodi ever going free and going after anyone who is against her. Oh, and the foreman actually said she wouldn't be a threat to society! I would like there to be a way that all future jurors could know about her trying to leave town with a gun taped to the engine of her car and the knives she packed. She was going after someone.

I'd guess about an hour went on, MANY defense attorneys coming in, various other people in the public gallery (not many media), Jodi's Mom and a friend sitting on the second to last row defense side. A male friend with "striped" hair sitting with her family got kicked out for some reason. Someone said he blew Jodi a kiss?

Media were Kiefer of course, Chris Williams, Mary Ellen Relendez (sp?), Ryan Owens, Jim an ABC guy, not nearly as many , just scattered around.

It was weird by the way walking up and no media trucks taking up that whole block.

Finally they came out and got Aunt Heather (who we were sitting with) and JM and FLores and took them back to chambers.
