She told the probation officer that she has had no source of income during the past 30 days. Her probation order requires her to "work diligently at a lawful occupation."

But Florida Department of Corrections spokeswoman Gretl Plessinger said being jobless doesn't put Anthony in violation of her probation. Thousands of other probationers are without jobs, given Florida's 10.7 percent unemployment rate.

Anthony's defense attorney, Joe Baez, said last month on Fox News' "Geraldo At Large" that Anthony was undergoing therapy and counseling.

But Anthony checked "no" on the probation report form that asked her if she had attended mental health or therapy programs in the past month.

Anthony said on the form released to the media that she hasn't attended educational or vocational classes.

Hmm - no mental health or therapy programs - wonder what happened to the female shrink who'd cleared off a full day to sit down and talk to her.

Really, there are not enough barf bags in the world for me. Unlike some of you, I see her marketability going down the toilet further every night the sun sets. Personally, I see no million dollar deal. So what if she gets it? How long will $1 million last HER? Seriously, I myself would invest 100%, be frugal and get a job, use some for schooling and a home; her?? Her? Are you kidding me??? And even so, after taxes and 1/3 to Jose, you KNOW he's gettin a cut, she's left with about $400k AT BEST!! Believe you me, her marketability and money making capacity are not great enough after this year for anyone to set up some off-shore fund form her, besides, that's for Bill Gates sort of money; sick money, and it's largely unavailable and not liquid. Really, I believe the best is yet to come for us, not her. It's all down hill from here, friends. It does BURN me to want to know how she is supporting herself. My bet is she got $50K for the tmz shoot....... I bet JB got a little cut as well......

Since there are seven months with 31 days, she could be honest when she answers no source of income in the last 30 days. Even by staggering her report date, she could sneak some income in that would not be in the "30" days.

Knowing how the A's twist words around to fit their own point of view, FCA probably believes that any money given to her is considered a gift and is not income.

We know she's getting money somewhere. Could everything be free? Housing, food, personal supplies, transportation, drinks, computer, internet access?

I know - FKC and honest shouldn't be in the same sentence!

I believe she's living for free. I believe she doesn't think she needs any kind of therapy. I believe she drinks alcohol every day because she can, because she's lazy, and because she has nothing else to do all day. I also believe she's got a buddy she's partying with.

I wonder...she has no job but does she really have no income? CM stated that there were thousands of dollars in donations sent to her following her release. Either he exaggerated (chuckle) or she may be living on both that and the $$$ from the TMZ pics. Could be the reporter mis-stated..."no source of income" and "no lawful employment" are two very different things.

Why would anyone think "baby killer" needed counseling? I'm sure FCA is laughing at all of us thinking that she was really getting help because I'm sure in her sick demented mind she doesn't think she needs any help. Why would she, she pulled a murder off and got no jail time. She probably figures we are the ones who need help, not her!! I'm sure her days are filled with drinking, sun bathing, playing on the computer and screwing any guy that will have her

She owes a lot of money and more law suits are coming. Amanda's story and CM's trial blew her in the dust. She'll be home to momma Cindy soon. A few protestors may throw a couple pennies at the house which would result in a frantic 911 call from FCA. Cindy better sleep with her doors triple locked and one eye open unless she wants a snoot full of chloroform.

I COMPLETELY agree. They should make her disclose the source of income. Either they don't care, or they're allowing her to disclose that information in secret. Obviously, it's going to be easy for KC to bend the rules. I am disappointed in this probation process so far.
