Just me, or does it seem a bit callous to erase all of the previous comments and messages? It is a form of memorial. Even if MB doesn't read them, and only reads those going forwards?

destroying memorials is just another aberrant anthony family trait.

I don't think Michelle knows what she is doing. Don't blame her for trying to get into a relatively new line of work but it's my opinion she needs more experience to hone those skills.
Being sensitive is something one may not be able to learn though.
