ICA WOULD! Caylee's body was purging!Wasn't there a diaper found as well? If she had drowned there would be no diaper left on her anymore. And who would put a diaper on a dead babY?

I may have not explained my position well, I am sorry. If you look at all of the evidence released thus far, not in the trial, but documents released for al to see in the last three years.
Let me be very clear, I call complete BS on the theory the DT spewed out in opening statements.
BUT, sadly Caylee was not found in a diaper, jean shorts and "Big trouble" shirt. Caylee's body was not found in one place, but scattered over a portion of land, as was the clothing that was found, in pieces mostly.
The autopsy report, along with the forensic team findings are troubling to say the least.
The only way I'd believe the drowning story is if ICA wrapped duct tape around Caylee's head before throwing her in the pool, and holding her head under the water until she was dead. I can picture that.
But, I still wouldn't believe George was there and convinced ICA to participate in a huge cover-up. No way.
If the story (and I don't believe a word of it) of the accidental drowning and cover-up by George were true, his behavior is just as awful. All of the Caylee is "missing" stuff, and Kidfinders! The fact that he would go to support in the Haleigh case was bad enough, but to think that he knew Caylee was deceased, and he played a role in the cover up is ridiculous. ugh!
I thought about starting a thread on this too. Are there no ramifications for having thousands of people searching - and having a highly successful charity organization like Texas Equusearch almost bankrupt itself?? And how can these lawyers be permitted to lie about it the whole time? I mean is there NO responsibility to society? Is it even legal to do that? I'd have to say ANY attorney who goes along with that and lets people spend enormous amounts of time, money, and resources (which could have been used searching for ACTUAL missing kids) is extremely off in some way.
How many kids were indirectly damaged as a result of this? I guess the legal system trumps everything in our society. Shameful that we allow it to be that way.
Absolutely not! IMO, volunteers and people who donate money should be more careful! There are some evil people out there.
I do have a question though. Are people shocked ICA knew her daughter was dead the entire time? Or are they shocked she is admiting it?
I have a question for you fine sleuthers, I can't seem to find an answer in these many threads here. Can any of you recall if GA actually saw Caylee walk out of the house on her own accord on the 16th?...or was KC carrying a seemingly sleeping child. I have some suspicion that little Caylee was actually killed in her mothers bedroom during the early morning hours of June 16, 2008 (Mon)
03:22am - 07:30am when there was no phone or computer activity in that household. It appears from the logs that KC never slept and was always using her phone or computer in the days before her daughter vanished off the face of the earth, the only down time is mentioned above?
TIA
Maybe TES could sue Casey in civil court.
All the money spent searching for Caylee while all along ICA knew she was dead, died June 16th and Baez admitted it in court.
Not that TES would get any money back...but I am not opposed to the idea of another Judgement levied against Casey...
Yep. It's abuse of the system (how much did she make on the photos? How long have they strung out this trial?) How many jobs could have been saved by just the expense of this trial?
"The Florida Department of Children and Families began issuing layoff notices Thursday to nearly 500 employees a move officials said would save taxpayers $48 million while preserving the agency's protection and care of abused and neglected kids."

In light of all that - I about fell out of my chair when Mason started mumbling about a "mistrial"...In the midst of this ongoing outrage of a case, to have him float that word about is infuriating. These attorneys care NOTHING about anything but setting Casey free. I have to think this is far beyond the boundaries of what our system was envisioned to be.

Ref: 172: Darlie Routier verdict referenced:
There are many people today, who believe Darlie Routier is innocent on Death Row. A video of questionable behavior (and for many on the jury who didn't see Darlier's bruises , cuts and serious injuries) only saw a clip of her on the sons birthday commemeration, with the silly string celebration her family all say, they always did to remember the boys).......does not then prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Darlie killed her children.
People often frown upon other's behaviors. That does not prove however, they killed their children.
It's true per the jury that Darlie "got the needle" i.e. Death Row accdg.to the jury they disapproved of this video clip.
But it's also true that they had very little evidence to prove that Darlie actually killed her boys if any.
There is serious questionable doubt because there was a man in the neighborhood who was breaking into homes and knifing people and dropping socks in the alleyways.
Darlie's sock was found in the alleyway.
Bad behavior such as CA is very damning, but not evidence of a murder, nor is bad behavior when a man runs around on his wife, as their lawyers ALWAYS remind a jury, evidence of a murder either.
This is also one practical reason, why I disapprove of the Death Penalty, there have been quite a few innocent people put to death in the past based on jurys who couldn't get beyond "bad behaviors".
The remains being scattered would be expected because of the flooding and animals. the autopsy stated that marks were found on some of the bones showing wildlife had got to her (which totally breaks my heart, even if she couldn't feel a thing). When muscle and sinew breaks some bones will naturally fall away eg baby teeth (they lack a strong root hold on the jaw)
Clothes too disintergrate even before an animal rips it to get to ... you know the rest, I don't want to type it![]()
Good Question, wish I could answer it. I thought that Caylee was carried out by Casey, but it has been so long. You may want to look at George's original police statement. It may say there, but I think the reports just say what Caylee was wearing and the time Casey left with her in the am and George left after watching his show which was around 12-1PM. I may be totally wrong though it has been so long. Sorry I could not be of much help.
Hard to believe really, since she was found in the big trouble shirt and jean shorts. If she drowned, why was she changed? Was it because it would be too obvious that a bathing suit was missing? That's the only reason I can think of. But I can't get away from the clothing, the duct tape, diaper, and chloroform. All of which do not point to an accidental drowning with GA cradling Caylee in his arms. So very sad.
