She didn't have a job! She waited 31 days to report her 2 year old missing. She can not ID any of the ZFG that were shown to her by LE. She is now kidnapped at the park. Having been kidnapped at gun point myself I can assure you I remember his hair color, eye color, height, weight, and he is serving 5 life sentences here in the great state of FL and after I was kidnapped and broke free I called 911. I didn't go party and I was 22 when this happened.

I am sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I bet that when JB asked in his court motions right before her indictment, that she would like to travel in secrecy at night to places she had been in the past month (I think he meant during those 31 days). She was planning to retrieve the body and move it. She new Tim Miller was to be back on November 8th and the search was to resume. She knew they would be able to search in this area again because the water was receding.

What else does the defense have or a defense of this case? This is all they have. They will concoct some ridiculous story. Unless they can produce info on this ZFG tho (a phone number or something that proves she existed (which we know she didn't) this defense isn't going to fly with anyone. A woman living in the area at least 4 years and friends with KC 4 years and babysitting 2 years...there is no reason there is not a real address and phone for this person even if she did run off and shut down her phone.

That is exactly what I thought when I saw this thread. She was kidnapped by hippies/people(can't remember for sure it was hippies) in a bronze colored van I wonder if Geragos is helping ol' Jose with the defense.

On one of the jail tapes released recently Casey tells Cindy that Zanny has a key to their house and then tells her "I told you that a long time ago.'

Only this is not going to work, because remember KC told CA she was in Tampa with this kidnapper/babysitter helping her recover from a car accident sometime around June 26, 27, 28th. This is a full 10 days after the kidnapper/babysitter kidnapped the child. KC said that Caylee was with her in Tampa.

So, which story is it? Kidnap or Tampa? Why the elaborate Tampa story?

Ohhhhhh, I think the Ms's A's may be in a little trouble here, untwisting this wicked web they have woven.

I think a couple things will be key in this case.

a. the duct tape
b. the decomp in the car

I really think Caylee was accidentally killed by Casey, and Casey wanted to have that car stolen, with Caylee in the trunk, in the garbage bag, with duct tape over the mouth.
She intentionally left her in the trunk, and I think she hoped her car would get stolen. That is when she would call the police and be the distraught mother whose car was carjacked with her baby in the carseat. The police would find the car, and Caylee's body would be in the trunk.

The problem was that the car wasn't stolen, and the decomp smell started. Casey had to come up with plan B, slightly different, but the car was left in the Amscott for a reason. And gas has nothing to do with it. I think she again wanted that car to be stolen.

The disposal of Caylee in the woods was not Casey's first choice. The hysterical mother whose kid was kidnapped from her would have been a better option (giving Casey all of the attention), and I really think that was Casey's primary intention. The Zanny story came up later, as a way to bridge the lies together when the original carjack/kidnap plot was thwarted with no one stealing the car.

I still say Caylee was in that carseat after she died. With duct tape on her mouth. It reeks of a Susan Smith scenario gone wrong.

Only thing is... it was no accident. Casey has been planning it for months. That's why she did computer searches including looking for the name ZF-G.

Well now George can get that billboard changed to a drawing of ZFG and be the spokesman for NANNY FINDERS!! Put that tent back up and make some t-shirts that say HAVE YOU SEEN ME-MY NAME IS ZANNIE!! I wonder if they start saying that there have been sightings all over and LE refuses to check them out? Maybe theyshould use some of their money from donations and pictures as a reward or a bounty to track her down and bring her in. Hey-Get the Bounty Hunter! I am sure that the evidence that was recently discovered along with the body will put an end to any doubt anyone has that KC did this to her little baby and that there was no kidnapping. Ugh. I don't think you can wear rubber gloves when you use duct tape, it would be sticky. If you used cloth gloves the fiber would stick to the tape. Finger prints have to be on it.

Is there any possibility that once the defense sees all of the evidence put together,that they would try to convince KC to ask for a plea deal? or to throw herself on the mercy of the court?I know the prosecution doesn't need a plea deal,but it would save the state tons of money,so they might consider it.
