KC standing by kidnap story per Lawyers

Yep just as I said earlier on another thread, Casey, and Cindy now, have put it out there that the nanny had a key to the house. That opens up a whole ball of reasonable doubt scenarios for the def. attnys. When Casey "disappeared off the face of the earth" for that week or so, what that will turn out to be is something like Casey herself was held against her will while Zanny had access to the house. While Zanny was in the house, SHE got hold of the tape, the bags, the chemicals, picked up some lint, dog hair, cat hair, pubic hair, you name it. Casey will say that Zanny was essentially an occupant of that house. Forensically the ONLY THING THAT WILL TRIP CASEY UP DEFINITIVELY is if her prints are on the tape. Then she can't say she had nothing to do with it.

I think this is the ridiculous story Casey and her "dream" team will try to spin. It's called desperation just like Johnny Cochran and his Faye Resnick Columbian necktie BS. I don't think it will work unless there's a moron on the jury.

Hi Lina! Because Zanny already has lots of money, she has lots of time to feed squirrels and the kids she babysits. Unfortunately the squirrels were trying to get at the pizza in the trunk, somehow died trying and then climbed in to the engine dead remember. The squirrels George hit were friends of the others. That's why it stank so bad. Well that and the garbage.
Aren't these new Zanny revelations going to affect the outcome of the civil trial?? :crazy:

I bet you that this is the way the story was suppose to go (this is before her parents got the car):

1. KC was going to say that Caylee was kidnapped and that ZG took her and the car.
2. I thought I read somewhere that her purse and keys were in the car and the car was unlocked? Well then ZG abandoned the car in the parking lot after abducting Caylee - that would be why the purse etc. were still in the car.
3. That choloro that was found was probably something that ZG gave Caylee.
4. ZG did have a key and Caylee would often let her use the computer in the house etc.
5. ZG dumped the body so close to home to frame KC.

Does this sound similar to what JB is going to use or what????

Casey and Cindy can't prove the gave "Zanny" a key, nor can they prove this person was ever in or near the house. Just because they say it, doesn't make it so. Besides, their credibility is shot so it doesn't matter what they say.

ITA. I've thought for some time a good portion of those jail visits were scripted. It was their way of telling the story they wanted people to believe. CA fed KC so many answers while pretending to ask questions. She was obviously fairly sure that Caylee wasn't going to be found after all this time, so there was only one side to be heard. Theirs. Fortunately, God had other plans.

Only this is not going to work, because remember KC told CA she was in Tampa with this kidnapper/babysitter helping her recover from a car accident sometime around June 26, 27, 28th. This is a full 10 days after the kidnapper/babysitter kidnapped the child. KC said that Caylee was with her in Tampa.

So, which story is it? Kidnap or Tampa? Why the elaborate Tampa story?

On one of the jail tapes released recently Casey tells Cindy that Zanny has a key to their house and then tells her "I told you that a long time ago.'

I wonder, if at any time since this revelation was made, if the A's had their locks changed? I mean, if I was "reminded" that the woman who had just kidnapped my granddaughter had a key to my house and had made threats against the life of said grandchild and the entire family, I would go straight home and have the locks changed and some sort of security system put in place. Things that make you go "Hmmm!"

She really is dumb, because if she wanted to preserve herself at all she would have fessed up to an accidental death and dealt with minimal incarceration instead of losing the rest of her young life.

I'm sick of KC and I can't imagine many people who aren't as disgusted with her continual lies as I am. I can only hope that as it's been said by others, her prints are up and down that duct tape. I also hope that the evidence pulled from the house difinitively links Caylee's death to her mom.

There is no Zani - and even if there were, the fact remains that she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to prevent the fact that they just found her daughter's body rotting away in a trash bag in the woods. Just sickening...

ROTFL - okay I shouldn't be laughing it's not funny BUT this super stealth CIA operative Zanny the Nanny (I think I have that right) thought to use the A's house and Casey's car because she had no other options - REMEMBER Casey said that Zanny always moved around BUT had lots of money - she never owned a house always rented apts and rooms or lived with her mother AND changed cell phone carriers and phone numbers constantly - AND because she had lots of money she used Casey's old car for her nefarious deeds AND demanded Casey have lots of fun, partying, sleeping around, theiving from her friends for 31 days so that no one is the wiser of Zanny the Nanny - does that cover most of it - with your great analysis! LOL

OK Im a little "thick" so lets see if I have this right:

Per LE recorded statement at Universal: "Last time I saw her was on the steps of Zanny's Apt at Sawgrass"

Todd Black: "Casey Anthony handed her daughter off to a woman in a park who was with another woman in a car,"... "Her position and the position of the law firm has been that she handed her child off. ...

So Zanny then takes off in her silver ford focus, not KC's car. (where decomp was found)And gave her a script to follow for 30 days which DEMANDED she goes out clubbing (sex, drugs & rock-n-roll theory) and behave exactly like someone who didn't have a kid...demanding she lie about both her whereabouts, Zanny's and Caylee's.

The Zanny, then realizing the need to tape Caylees mouth shut, shows up at the house and used the key to use duct tape from the house (as it was much less likely to get caught doing that than buying it at a hardware store)...at which point transfered dog hair on it....Zanny then left the home again with Caylee alive & in tow...

Regardless, this stealth Nanny, believed to be a CIA operative, killed caylee & found KC's car, after caylee passed away, placed Caylee's dead body in the back of it, and left.

Poor KC drove around unknowingly transporting caylee's body around in it.

Then to punish KC even more, Zanny then somehow located KC's car again several days later, perhaps 2.6 days later, removed caylee, went back to the house, used the key again, grabbed a garbage bag from the home, went out the back sliders, set Caylee down by the back of the fence, (cadaver dog hit there) shinnied over the fence, walked through the woods, set her there, and came back to the house, put the ladder back, went back thru the house, got in her car and left...because that was WAY easier than dumping her anywhere else...

Then to add extra cruelty, the nanny had Caylee call her on July 15 from a private number....(I believe heaven must show up on caller id as "private" because the call doesnt seem to exist)

Meanwhile, poor KC has had no income since 2006 because she had no job; therefore, needing no nanny to babysit & generating no money to pay a nonexistent nanny for babysitting her child so she could work at the job she never had. And thats why she doesn't have any proof the nanny exists, or have any proof of payment to the nanny.

OK. I think I got it straight this time. No doubt a jury will buy this.

Just a thought, I've heard the Anthony's constantly complain no one bothered to come up with a composite sketch of Zani...since they felt it necessary to hire private investigators why didn't they have a composite sketch done on their own?

Exactly, if my child was kidnapped the first thing I would do is get a tag # and remember what the abductor looked like and then I would call 911 as soon as I escaped and would have them searching every inch of Florida to save my child. Did she not know that the first 24 hours are the most important? I guess it was more important to go clubing the first 24 + Days.
