What does this mean?
I think it means the media will only get a twenty minute heads up when the verdict is in, instead of an hour.

Which probably means we won't know until the last minute.

Notably, Patrick Frazee’s public defender called him a fool and stupid, but said that’s not reason alone to convict him. He was talking about the jailhouse notes where Frazee apparently asked for help killing key witnesses in the case.

No dispute of their authenticity...

Of course. Just like we tried to say. They were admitted which means they were authenticated and the defense DID NOT try to challenge that ultimately.

Noooo Way -- can't believe they pulled on the sympathy of deceased father that PF had no relationship with! Don't forget how many "father figures" PF had including RS and JM

Referring to the jail notes, Stiegerwald says that’s “proof of (Frazee) being an idiot. Not proof of him doing anything.” He says he’s dealing with a lot, including the death of his father and sibling battle for his father’s assets. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

Proba
SMH. He's trying to intimidate the Jurors.
MOO
Naw. Probably trying to put on his sexiest cowboy look. Ha's not all that handsome but he has something that draws women to him. Much to their detriment.

My vote:

Oh, there's no question. Guilty. 1st degree. There was NEVER a question.
I'm guessing it will take them about an hour to deliberate.

They didn't even ask to review any of the evidence, did they?

I think this thread is breaking WS—running super wonky...
I wonder how many people are in here right now? On the old platform we could see all the members and number of guests Currently viewing a particular thread—I wonder if the mods can see; I imagine there are a lot of people in here right now.
Yeah, I keep getting stalled out!

I also miss that feature on the old platform!

I think so. What do you think?
Yes, I do think this was a carefully crafted rebuttal IMO
If this isn't a guilty 1st degree on all counts - my faith in our justice system will be shattered.

We won't know I don't think since there is no tweeting inside - so if they ask to see anything we will know after the fact IMO

What time exactly did the jury begin deliberation? Will they deliberate through lunch? (I hope).

I feel confident of a verdict or guilty in the first degree. Is there a possibility of an illogical wild card on the jury? There always is that possibility.

But this isn’t a game for them. Not They saw and heard it all up close and personal. And they watched dingbat’s face. I think those factors are likely enough to overcome irrationality.

Even the judge knows this will come together fast.

MassGuy is right, the defense summed it up perfectly: our client is an idiot. Only an idiot would commit this crime.

Therefore....

We rest their case.
