I know. A lot of people get hung up on dna so it's worrisome. But it's not a good thing to get hung up on dna because perps nowadays generally cleanup the scene.
You might be right, but I think most of the time, the perps who clean up the scene usually have some kind of link to the victim. I think PF was counting on hanging KK for this crime or killing her, too.

Would this be a reason for a mistrial or appeal?

Have you seen the my client is an idiot defense before?

I realize that's all they got, but really....

Moo..
Yes -- defense has called their clients scoundrels, idiots, etc. I remember Garagos saying disparaging things about Scott P too -- and their comeback is always "but he's not a murderer."

No mistrial or appeal over this, ever.

Didn't Jodi Arias' lawyer say something about not liking her most of the time, too?

ETA: Yes. It was this:
Arias smiled broadly when defense lawyer Kirk Nurmi told the jury during his closing arguments, "It's not about whether or not you like Jodi Arias. Nine days out of 10, I don't like Jodi Arias. ... But that doesn't matter."

Oh, they’re already 97 minutes in?

ETA:
Ok we should get a verdict by 3pm.

Sure what if she had brought the body back to Idaho. Good thing for her she's not that stupid.

The jurors just asked to see the photo of #PatrickFrazee entering #KelseyBerreth’s condo on Nov. 22, 2018. Prosecutors said he was hiding a baseball bat in a sweatshirt, the defense says he didn’t have anything in his hand.

One of the craziest things I've heard! MOO

This comes out from his own Defence.
Imagine, sitting there, hearing, your Defence team think you're stupid.
Well, there goes, what PF considered to be his clever plan, now being laughed at by all.

Guess PF will have years in the Clink, thinking of all, that did him wrong.
A busy fellow, saving his toilet paper for secret notes again: thinking surely this will work now that I have ironed out mistakes.
MOO.

@gitana1 ,

Hi friend. How long do you think the jury will be out? Is it being over confident expecting a verdict today? Tia.

I’m on Eastern Standard Time so it’s 3 pm here. So happy that in Colorado 5 pm is 4 hours from now! I hope the jury can reach a GUILTY verdict before they go home tonight.

...hope that makes sense ;)

That question makes me a little nervous. I really hope the prosecution hammered home they just had random still images of PF going in and out - that they are not definitive because they don't show the whole time.

I will never be able to fathom how she did the clean up... driving all that way to do it.. I don’t believe she would ever of given him up, so I am grateful the technology trail got her.. I doubt he would ever of been tried if he wasn’t so stupid!!

I think you are right. If PF had gotten away this murder he would have soon realized that he had to make KK disappear too because she knew too much.

I was thinking this very thought - but I don't think they can so what could they be questioning? one of the other charges perhaps?
JMO
They probably want to review some of the evidence.

Defense attorneys have said worse than that about clients to juries when they need to explain away why their client appears to be a jerk/liar/all around horrible person/etc but still try to convince the jury their client is innocent of a particular crime. It is sometimes the only way to hold on to some credibility with the jury and still try to sway them. Apparently in this case they were unable to come up with an expert to question the authenticity of the notes in time and/or the idiot himself admitted he wrote them to his attorneys. IMO (and real attorneys please correct me if I am wrong because I very well could be) public defense attorneys in general have little incentive to outright lie for their clients.
