Found Safe Kelsey Price, Missing, New Orleans, LA

Kelsey Price was last seen inside a bar near the Central Business District at the 600 block of Tchoupitoulas Street. Price asked her friends if they could take her car home before exiting the club.

At about 1:38 a.m., she reportedly texted a friend and said she was at a location in the 1400 block of Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard and was believed to be en route to a location in the 1800 block of Thalia Street.

She was last heard from around 4:30 a.m. this morning when she sent a text to a friend stating she was alright. Price has not been seen or heard from since that text message from 4:30 a.m.

Price was last seen wearing a white sweater, a green top, and blue jeans. She is further described as having a mole under her bottom lip.

Anyone with information on Kelsey Price’s whereabouts is asked to call NOPD Eighth District detectives at 504-658-6080.

It's entirely possible her phone died and she's hanging out with someone somewhere, not realising people are looking for her.

It doesn't give the exact the exact addresses but just using this as an example it looks like the 1400 block of Oretha Castle Haley Blvd and the 1800 block of Thalia Street are pretty close by so just MOO she might have been on foot:

Oh, we have seen so many pretty young women who are missing, and here is another one.
Does she live in or near NOLA? Was she meeting or visiting friends there? Are her parents or other relatives in that area? NOLA is a great place to visit as long as you know your boundaries as to "not safe" areas, as in any town. Hoping she is okay and with friends.

Found Safe

After being missing for over 24 hours, the New Orleans police have reported that Kelsey Price is no longer missing and that she has returned home................She has now been found and is in good health. Price is no longer considered missing.
