The earliest case I see is 1994 and they continue right up to the present. The Milstead home (over 6000 sq. ft. on 5 acres) was foreclosed on this year.

It's been my experience as a records researcher that most jurisdictions have a cut off date for their online index to court cases. For example, the county in which I live has an index to records for 1989 to the present. An individual may have records prior to this date that are archived. An index to the archived records is available at the courthouse.

In the case of the Milsteads, they may have lived in another county or another state prior to 1994.

I swear, can this get any crazier? Are the Milsteads selling T-shirts to eat now?

I am going to bed and start on this again in the morning.

And surely this is just coincidence (I say that with all sincerity) but I did a google search on the two ferrari winners "maria and mark lopez + ferrari" and turns out a jose maria lopez is a famous race car driver who, by the way drives a ferrari. It's just funny.

Anyone done any sleuthing on the website co that developed the exotic car website to see who owns that biz?

It's been gone for a looong time---the screen shots above were taken from a cached page because by then the "charity drive" info was pulled from the site---I screen shot those on 9/14/08

Is this the same place (exotic car dealership) that put Caylee on their large, light-up sign early on?

Me, too...consider this, though...IIRC they had another property that was being used to house a "home" of some kind which was getting folk in the West Palm Beach area a little upset. I sure hope I'm remembering things ok...it's late.

Someone needs to go and see if DM and his partner Mrs. DM have any other criminal records in other counties and see who else he was involved with. Other names that he may have used to do business with. This guy sets up mutiply companies to pass money around and has a history of not paying contractors for too many years to write off as just making mistake because he didn't understand what he was doing or didn't know he had to file this paper at that time. This guy is practiced. That quick claim deed need to be looked at. What propety and whose name was it in before the claim deed went through.
And if I am not mistaken don't you have to show aduit by a CPA of any 501C for federal purposed to maintian yout exempt status. I used to do receivable for a non profit and I had to record evey penny, who donated and provide backup to the accountants. Payables was even worse. We were aduited evey 1/4 and then at the end of our calendar year. I can tell you there was no one on the staff or the board that had a record of anything worse than a parking ticket and that they would give the evil eye over.
