My guess, they went with those that were willing to bear with their antics, their position that Caylee is alive and Casey is innocent. I do feel that the As were preyed upon by professionals... if you catch my drift.
But at what point do you stop and say..."Hey...these people are representing my beautiful granddaughter?" The mere connection of these people to this child makes me ill.

ETA: there's not a clean one in the bunch IMO.

I know when I saw that beastly uncivilized reprehensible behavior by Mr. Blue Shirt from the first day of the dives at BP I could not conceive that THIS man had anything to do with a child finding organization. There was nothing in this man's behavior that said to me "I am all about missing children". What I saw was "I am a crook and an a$$hole, and I am in this for the dollars." He was SKEEEERRRRYYYY!!!

His behavior struck me as more of that of a child abuser than a "kid" NOTFinder

They DON'T have a 501--I posted the link to the IRS a couple of pages back so people could look for themselves
And the Sunbiz link is the paperwork they filed for their corporation--nowhere in them does it state that they have a 501--It only says what the rules are that if they were a 501 they would follow

It seems as if they applied for it...and are functioning in the meantime under another's status.

I'm gonna throw you all a bone:::NLH is using the 501 of Citylinks 4 Charities

This is where the problem lies. Does MN work for them? How did he become so closely linked to all this?

I'd like to know that myself !

I don't know how much more I can stomach.

I'm a few pages behind but it seems that NLH and KFN have many attorneys behind the scenes. They seem to find loopholes in the law. I have no doubt in my mind that they are all scofflaws and will eventually get caught because there is always a money trail to follow. I sure hope Tim didn't go to the dark side IMO

Irish...I saw that from an old post and linked it just a page or so back. That Sunbiz link does give the appearance of being legit, now doesn't it.

I see where they changed all of it on 9/15/08 which evidently after it was checked.
Changed it, but according to some still haven't received "official' status if you ask me.

PS- did you see the links to info about PB?

So did they pick up where the trust left off? And whatever did happen with the Casey Defense Fund?

Ran the dollar amounts on the raffle

On the website it says that the tickets were $25.00 each but a poster earlier said she paid $10.00

So if we are to assume that the info they gave us was correct and they sold at least 7,518 tickets then it would break down like this:

7,518 x $25.00=$187,950

7,518 x $20.00=$150,360

7,518 x $10.00=$75,180

Pretty hefty hunk of change---wonder where it is??

When going to Yellow Pages for Citylinks 4Charities Inc, their website is http://www.citylinks.org which takes you to Welcome to HelpNet USA! which is also in Orlando.

I think he was hired by the NLHF. This all kinda stinks to me.
What does not stink in this case leaves a bad taste in my mouth anyway...
