Im not one of lawsuits but OMG!

This could have had a DIRE outcome!!! (what if a child was on meds or had a medical condition?)
My kids go to a private school and if this had been theirs...........:furious:


How do you "run out of milk'???
Don't they take milk/lunch orders ahead of time??

My daughter is in grade 5 - I would be furious!!! Lets give the kids this day old limeaid... does anyone else think this sounds like some kinds of cover story for what really happened?

Why was there alcohol on the school grounds anyway? Does staff and faculty normally consume alcohol during the school day? That must have been some party to have enough margarita mix left over to serve to a class. Than after determining that the kids did recieve alcohol, they "observed" them for over 2 hrs instead of contacting the parents to determine what they wanted to do? Isn't it an illegal act to serve alcohol to minors? Were police notified?
