I can't even begin to try to understand what Tim Miller must be feeling right now. I hope this brings a bit of peace for some families who have needed that for too many years.

James Dolph Elmore Jr., 61, faces a manslaughter charge and two felony counts of tampering with a witness or tampering with evidence, Galveston County District Attorney Kenneth Cusick said Wednesday. Elmore was arrested Tuesday and is in custody, Cusick said.

The investigation will show the connection between Elmore and the murders of Laura Miller and Audrey Cook.

That sounds like something that should have been done in concert with his arrest. They unfortunately just gave his family ( Thinking of the son that says he is innocent) to remove items and get rid of them.

'Authorities say one of the warrants obtained in the Bacliff search suggests there may be bodies buried on the property. A second warrant involves allegations of child pornography. Investigators said Tim Miller, founder of Texas EquuSearch and father of victim Laura Miller, told authorities that Elmore admitted he was present the night Laura was killed and that Hedrick allegedly administered the fatal dose of cocaine.'

'Documents also say Elmore told Miller in a later phone call that there was a body buried underneath the Bacliff home he acquired from Hedrick. The warrant alleges Hedrick buried victims beneath what had once been a structure on the property, and that after a fire, the bodies of two unidentified women were buried in the rubble.'
