according to the article he was just released may 25 th after 7 years in jail!he was released may 25 after completing a seven-year sentence for aggravated robbery. Longoria's first court appearance on the kansas charges is set for monday.

Omg the gf must be going crazy, she just met him after he got out of the slammer or what? So i gather he is from texas.

Aye, I just saw one man trying to defend him on NG, but ... if Longoria just got out of jail, what's up with his probation? I know he is on it. Was it supposed to be in Texas? Did he transfer it? Doesn't matter now because he probably revoked it, and he is going to be in jail for a minute.

Up until now it seems his crimes all revolved around money and evading arrest. The above link would indicate, imo, he didn't want to go back. Maybe, Alicia witnessed something. Honestly, that's just a thought, trying to make sense out of the insensible, I suppose.
