Just wanted to post that I had looked and there are quite a few.
I, too, have a hispanic surname and when I married and got this name I found out that with my first name and last name there are probably dozens of women with the same name.
There are a handful of women with my first and middle and last name.
Longoria isn't my last name but my last name isn't a common hispanic name and there are still oodles of us

Since the girlfriend has two children ages 10 and 12, then that rules out that the girlfriend is in her teens, and now shows that it's "possible" Alicia became friends with the 12 year old at some point.

I only mentioned that because supposedly the kids were there at the house while the cops were searching.
ETA- got it figured out! They were the gf kids. But NG keeps saying he is the father of two....wonder if he has any bio-kids, or they're just calling the gf's kids "his" kids. (Not that it matters). Just confused me for a bit...

oh, man, I didnt know that. omg ..... That's a good point tho-- looking into other cases that ended in the same tragic way. I hate to ask a graphic question, but will they be able to determine that in an autopsy??
The incredibly stupid part is why place a body where you work? Unless that speaks to totally freaking the heck out.

Yes he has 2 children and his gf has 2 children. It was stated on NG.

Reporting is pretty confident they will be able to collect a lot of information from her remains. I do think that the information will take a while.

She lets him move in with her and 2 kids?

Welllllll, IMO, NG may not have the right info either and maybe as confused about the 2 children. We will have to wait and see what MSM writes about AL. :crazy:

ITA What is it with these woman who have kids and just meet a guy and move him in the home!!!!! Her kids are very lucky they were not his victims.Well he has not been out long, I wonder if this was a prison pen pal situation:furious:

looked up timeline she left home at 11 pm on the 21st
and was found deceased on the 24th.

I wonder if this was one of those jailhouse romances where you search for inmates online. AL was in prison for 7 years and only came out in May, and yet the girlfriend's brother stated they were together for 6 or 7 months.

Let's add:
Alicia's mother tried and tried to reach her after midnight and no answer.
I believe I read Alicia's mother didn't report Alicia missing under the afternoon of 8/22/10.
Alicia's mother went to AL's house on Monday 8/23/10
LE NEEDS to bring the girlfriend and her children in for questioning.

Why oh why would a mother with two children, no less, choose someone that just got out of prison?? These times sure do scare me and I'm only in my 40's. I know people want significant others, but I really wish they'd put their children first, middle and last in every situation.
Earlier in the thread I clicked on a link (sorry don't have it now) and it said that the reporter had spoken with the brother of Longoria's girlfriend, and he said that his sister had been living with Longoria for 6 months or so. Guess he's wrong about that one since I don't think she shared a prison cell with him.

Great Bend residents filtered through the Barton County Courthouse yard Friday, trying to get a glimpse of the man authorities say could be involved in the murder of 14-year-old Alicia Debolt.
"Just listen to your parents when they say no," said Gabby Hernandez, a friend of Alicia's.
Hernandez and Gracie Burkes were both friends with Debolt. Teenagers preparing for the starts of school are now trying to cope with the murder of someone they were close to.
