It is in the, "In The News" section, approximately the thirteenth post down. Took me a while to find it. What a completely horrible account of what allegedly happened. Praying it is not true and just an exaggerated rumor.

Ugh, I went and read the thread. I wish I hadn't. I am hoping that this is just a rumor that 5 men were involved. The question is WHY would they do this? How could 5 people have such evil in them?

I think anything is possible, but I never believe a word posted on youtube. There are so many lunatics that post on that site just to get a rise out of people. You never know who to believe.

It starts:

I immediately recognized this poem when I saw it.

There was a 15 year old girl that was hit and killed by an SUV around Thanksgiving 2008, in New York. The girl reminded me SO much of myself at that age, that it stuck with me and I remembered her...as well as the poem posted on one of numerous memorial sites for her.

This is one of them, with the poem in the left hand side. The person is a musician but I do not know if they wrote it. I just know it's been up for several months or longer and I haven't seen it anywhere else until now. http://www.myspace.com/ripdinadelia

There is also numerous tribute videos on Youtube as well.

I guess it is possible that Dina Marie Delia (New York) and Alicia Debolt (Kansas) knew each other...or that Alicia knew Dina's friends or family. It is a small world...

I've just never seen it anywhere else. Unless it's in a book or something somewhere...or the family found it when looking for song lyrics that were similar.

That would be very creepy ...if it was written for Dina after her death and then ended up predicting Alicia's.

However, I think it's more likely the family assumed Alicia wrote it, or the reporter did. That happens quite a bit as well.

I heard two women's voices. Not somebody who knew him, at least by name, as they had to ask him.

He opened with something to the effect that he was being interviewed about the death of Alicia. He at least speaks Spanish fairly slowly and distinctly, but I'd give myself a headache if I tried to go back and sit thru that 12 times to try to get "most" of it.

My sense was somebody from the 'hood who wanted to know what was going on, and she/they were clearly Hispanic. Or could have been reporters who speak only Spanish? Conversation was distinct enough that anybody remotely fluent could pick up the entire thing, so not like they were trying to hide anything.

He was most forthcoming. Of course, 98% of it was probably total BS. I'm sure LE has gone over every inch of that footage, and anything else the media has coughed up. Sure would love the one station that had a camera rolling that wasn't just waist down.

Off topic, but those along the Eastern seaboard, please hunker down and stay safe!

Huh? He couldn't have been interviewed after he ran. Jailed. NG says he ran around 2 am. I think LE was out of his place by then, but I don't think he left or caught that ride til around 5-6. There was a video/article saying LE released him and he was home at 4. It's so confusing. That really needs clarified for our timeline. There were even people that said they saw him in it. Unless he took that duffle bag with him "to work" when he caught the ride.....he had to come back and get it.

I just signed on, so I haven't been able to go back to the 26th yet.

Unfortunately I do think the scenario mentioned in the military site is close to the truth......7 guys and those guys.....has been mentioned by both her family and a close friend on facebook..........

I also think IR the 19 year old "having to find a lawyer" is involved.....

The others I think could be juvenilles or not arrested as they may have not taken part but were there......

I mentioned this before and bet they are mostly hispanic and this AL total scum of the earth was a bit of a hero to them.......him being in a tough gang and all and surviving being in a gang fight!!!

In australia we really do not understand this whole gang scenario, and I do really thank god for that......but from what I can gather it seems to be something that the local hispanic youth may inspire too!........but this AL total yuck of a human specimen took things way too far and has ruined a couple of young lives....that poor little girl...too naive at that age..

I hope it's all just a rumor. It's called gang mentality. By themselves they may have never even of thought of actually doing it. Prolly wouldn't have. But, given it was born in the angst of a gang environment...it morphed. This is one reason gangs are so violent and dangerous and what makes our military so excellent. It's really a small part of all us, just in different forms. Like we here at WS. We are a collective group....per sa.
