I don't know what time hearing started, but I began listening at 10:45. Interview of EB.

I can't believe she still sees him and is waiting to see the outcome....whether or not to marry!

Wow! Great to have live feed and a back up blog by reporter. Of course AL looked like a charismatic preacher in his appearance. All spiffy with a new suit, glasses and polish haircut. Feel for the family to have to listen and be in the same room with this monster .....

From what I've heard and gathered. It took all of 45 minutes to pick her up, sodomize and kill her. He had this all planned from the get go.

The girlfriend, Eva Brown......................she is in dire need of counseling or there are 2 reasons why she is behind him.....either he has something on her....and I'm betting it has to do with something about the kids.....or she was directly involved somehow, but she is not being truthful. She just confirmed to the prosecution YESTERDAY, in talking with them, that AL smelled like gas when he returned home. Her testimony does not exactly match up with other witness's testimony. Lisa, the mystery sister, was on line with blog. The witnesses had the option of being on camera.....EB requested not to be, as did a casual acquaintance of AL's. Who stated AL asked him to be his alibi and say he was at Willy J's that night.

I got to see a couple blogs. Thanks Holly for your updates! Today is my 46th birthday and my wish is to see AL fry for what he did to this precious baby. To take her out and rape her is bad enough, but when you find out he duct taped her mouth and legs(SHUDDER) You know she was still alive then or why bother. I wonder if she was alive while hes in town spending less than $1.50 in gasoline to finish her off.... I cant imagine her mom sitting in court hearing these things, I hope someone told her ahead of time what to expect.How can EB even contemplate marrying the SOB??? She has problems! I cant even come close to understanding her reasoning. EB RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!! I hope AL gets the DP and I hope it doesnt take right away ...He NEEDS TO SUFFER !!!!! Whats the deal with possibly a third party??? Why isnt anyone else being charged??? I wonder if the guy he called for an aliby is the same one he accused of calling him for cash to get away???? I honestly hope he wasnt involved just because one monster going after this poor baby makes my heart break the thought of her having to fight off 2 makes me sick beyond thought!!!JMO

JMO....but he was either very, very, very upset she had dissed him...or she did or said something to really, really, pizz him off. ???? He'a a cruel SOB.

Re: Eva....she's either totally lost her marbles or is going along with the story of still caring....I'm sure she didn't know any of the other testimony today, unless she was allowed to stay in the courtroom????? I'm sure her sister, Lisa, who was on the blog, will fill her in, if not. It's so hard to try and imagine a person to be that evil and doing what he did. I just can't fathom it....as reality....but, I know it happens. Dear Lord.

EB, JMO but she is messed up. EB came across to me as someone on the defense, very weak however comes across ........a total scam.

I'm going to post articles on today's hearing. Must say, some things do not jive with what I heard or that was posted on the blog. There was at one time a brief loss of live stream and it was during the cell communications testimoy. So....? I see from some video that some stations apparently rec'd copies of the cell texts...so they would have the correct scoop. I will at sometime today or later go back and see if I can see and read from the video some of the text msgs he sent. The question most bothering to me is the timeline of EB and what AL was wearing and when he changed his clothes....because at one point the prosecution ask her after he changed into shorts, shirt and flip flops did he smell of gas? She said yes, but it wasn't from his clothes, just him. In one report, they say she changed her testimony from him coming home at 11:15 to 12:15 or 12:30.???? I didn't get to hear the whole case. Just got on board near the end of EB on the stand. So prolly missed the first hour+; but tried to pick up missed info from the blog. Anyway...here ya go:
