A Silver Alert remains for a central Kansas man last seen in July 2020. Unfortunately, it appears that the search for Donald Lee Walters may be a recovery effort.

Donald has not been heard from since July 7, 2020. He's from Great Bend and suffers from Alzheimer’s. His truck was located about a week later in east-central Oklahoma. It was found in a wildlife area east of Henryetta, Okla.

Search and rescue teams looked on the ground and in the water for any possible signs of Donald. They did find some of her personal belongings in the wide-scale search.
