Recovered/Located KS - Gary "Jr" Darby-Bey, 27, Topeka, 14 March 2018 *Endangered*

Topeka police say Gary "Junior" Darby-Bey, 27, was last seen at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 5200 block of Southwest 10th Street in Topeka.Darby-Bey stands about five feet tall and weighs about 125 pounds, police say. He's described as having short, black hair and brown eyes and walks with a limp.

Police say Darby-Bey is "a person with diminished mental capacity and authorities believe he may have had assistance leaving the area."

There's a concern for Darby-Bey's welfare because he requires medical assistance, police say. It's believed he may be in the northeast or central part of Kansas, in southeast Nebraska or in western Missouri.

I am going to drop his picture here. (Right click on the picture and select "Copy image address" and then next, click the "Insert Image" icon on the tool bar. Once that is open, click "From URL", click on the long white box, push Ctrl V or right click and select "Paste". If you get a box at the top of your screen that says the picture cannot be posted or something like that, just cancel that message, unselect " Retrieve remote file and reference locally" and it should work.)
