Looks like he has some tattoos on his arm, but this time of year will likely not be wearing clothing where they are visible. Their news post is 5 hours old so you'll have to scroll down through their feed a few posts.

Body discovered in Lake Afton, authorities investigating

A bystander saw the body and called for help on Saturday afternoon.
