Topeka police searching for missing 9 year-old boy

Jakeem Coopwood, 9, was last seen around 11 a.m. playing at a family member's home in the 3100 block of SE Mareta Circle, in southeast Topeka.

He was wearing a blue and white shirt with a Nike stripe, blue athletic shorts, and blue and white shoes. He just got his hair cut into a fade Friday morning, police said.

Authorities say there is no evidence of foul play at this time.
