The high court on Friday upheld the capital murder conviction of Justin Eugene Thurber but returned his case to a lower court for another review of whether he's developmentally disabled.

Justin was able to live on his own, drive a vehicle 45 miles to and from a job, successfully keep track of other people's schedules so he could stalk them, knew how to perform CPR on a relative when they collapsed and I am sure there are many other things not mentioned here or in the article that proves he is not as disabled as he wants people to believe. I get so angry when I see more excuses. Disgusting.

Cynthia Ann Sanderholm, 63, of Arkansas City, died Friday, Dec. 2, 2022 at Via Christi Medical Center-St. Francis in Wichita.
