I think you could be right. Raechelle was Persian, and probably would fit the Caucasian/Asian description that they had given of the Jane Doe.

KANSAS CITY - Kansas City, Kansas Police said human bones were found in a barrel in the 1700 block of N. 51st Terrace. Police said a tree trimming employee found the 55-gallon barrel with the bones inside it while clearing trees.
