Update from Sesmas trial...resumed just after 1 p-m, Sesmas was released from hospital, diagnosed with anxiety and chest pain...trial resumed with state calling three more witnesses, including a detective with the Dallas Police Dept.

Sesmas is charged with first-degree murder. The State argues that Sesmas intentionally with premeditation killed Laura Abarca. Sesmas had bought a gun 3-4 weeks before the murder. By her own admission, the gun was to threaten Abarca to give her the baby
